We had a good turnout though, which I was glad to see.

That shows that the people in your church are involved, and care deeply about their leadership. That's great.

It is great! And our "converts" not least among them (though as it turns out more than I had known of our congregation came from somewhere other than an Anglican/Episcopal church).

Bring chairs to this festival... no way. This festival is huge: normally something like 40-50k people filling the Seattle Center (where the Space Needle is). When the weather is like this it grows even more. It takes forever to get from venue to venue, the venues are packed, hey, even the lawns are packed! (Oh boy, I just realized -- the conditions are going to be perfect for major allergy problems.)
