"Obama, Biden to Visit Supreme Court,' Today, says CBS News"

http://investigatingobama.blogspot.com/2009/01/obama-biden-to-visit-supreme-court-says.html

In part:

"At the invitation of Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr., President-elect Barack Obama and Vice President-elect Joe Biden will pay a protocol visit to the Supreme Court of the United States tomorrow afternoon."

"The visit is a private event. There will be no photo or press availabilities."

A 'protocol' visit? It's happened twice before...and that's protocol?

Perhaps some (Constitutional) discussions will be had.
hmmmmm

IMO, it sure seems more than just a passing coincidence. Hopefully more on this will come out real soon.

Another very private meeting with no Cameras, press etc.

Obama just had a similar meeting by trying to woo conservative columnists - who knows what he is offering, my guess is these conservative columnists are taking him up on the offer.

The people should be really pissed off, both Dems and Repubs .. we’re all getting screwed for political and capital gain of these “elitists”.

“I heard some guy that called into a talk show that said that Obama gave each of the 356 members of the Electoral College that voted for him a bribe of ten million dollars.

Unfortunately, I did not catch his screen name.”

Why would Obama need to bribe his own (365) electors, who in most states are chosen for their Democratic Party loyalty and their loyalty to that particular candidate? It makes no sense.

I’ve been wondering why SCOTUS has been denying these cases lately. Now it all makes sense! They’ve been spiffing up their chambers, sweeping and polishing and getting the good china ready for their audience with The One. After all, there are only so many hours in a day and a judge must set priorities! Furthermore, they wouldn’t want to talk about an invited guest behind his back. Conferencing about these unseemly lawsuits would be downright rude.

The Irrelevant Nine are planning their menu and pressing their robes as we speak. That whole “judging” thing is vastly overrated anyway.

Let them eat cake!

It makes no sense.

Exactly, just as most other conspiracy theories.

Perhaps some (Constitutional) discussions will be had. hmmmmm

PJ's latest wacky conspiracy theory: Not only will the Court retire two judges, giving Obama two quick picks that allow the Democrats on the Judiciary Committee to shine, but the Court will announce its desire to increase the size of the court to 11, giving Obama two new picks in order to change the swing of the court.

I hope someone at the Supreme Court asks,
“Where’s your Birth Certificate?”

That would be perfect. Even better, they could add an expletive.

When he arrives, why don’t they ask Obama to cough up his original birth certificate?

"With a fireplace warming the Supreme Court’s West Conference Room, President-elect Obama and Vice President-elect Biden had a conversation with most of the members of the Supreme Court on Wednesday afternoon. The two new leaders of the Executive Branch, eight members of the Court, and three aides talked as they sat at the fireplace for about 40 minutes, according to accounts relayed to the Court’s public information officer, Kathleen L. Arberg.

Before sitting down, the two newly elected officials signed the Court’s guest book as they stood in front of a portrait of Chief Justice William Howard Taft. “Light refreshments” were served. Afterward, Obama and Biden were escorted on a tour of the Courtroom and the Justices’ private Conference Room. Ms. Arberg had no word on what was discussed during the encounter.

They left by way of an internal stairway, to cheers of Court employees, and departed through a basement garage.

The only member of the Court not on hand was Justice Samuel A. Alito, Jr. There was no immediate explanation for his absence from an event that Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr., had said was hoped to be part of a continuing “congenial tradition.” "

Without Question, this will be the moment that the Justices of the SCOTUS tell Obama and Biden that they are not qualified to be President of the United States and that on January 20th at noon Chief Justice Roberts will deliver the Oath of Office to Sarah Palin!

Why, of course, there can be no other outcome. Especially after that super-secret INS POE XYZQ document is revealed, and the Arizona AG produces Obama's original birth certificate and API airs its tape of Michelle Obama, and....well that's enough for now.

Don’t forget about those Mama Obama divorce papers that proved to the entire world that Obama’s mother was in fact divorced.

This is where Obama/Biden pay-off the Justices in cold-cash, non-traceable bills for dismissing the cases.

It’s the Obama way .. visit the Judge in Hawaii etc.

I don’t know what the answer is...obviously we must stand up for what we believe in, but it’s no accident that the market is down everyday since Congress came back and partisan wrangling began...maybe we need to work together for the good of the country? There must be some areas where this is possible. The GOP with Corker and Vitter leading the way have been all over TV talking about what they won’t do...and a lowering taxes for business, cut capital gains etc...similar to Reagan. However, we don’t have inflation, we have deflation...very different type of economic problem with different solutions. I the GOP votes as these guys suggest they will and the economy worsens...it will no longer be a Bush/Recession/Depression. The GOP will own it forever. I don’t want that to happen.
