Mona Sahlin, leader of the Social Democratic Party in Sweden, participated today in a rally where Hizbollah flags waved in the air and an Israeli flag was set to flames. Other participants in the demonstration were Jan Eliasson, former social democratic Minister of Foreign Affairs and former President of the United Nations General Assembly, and Wanja Lundby Wedin, chair of the Swedish Trade Union Confederation.
The rally was organised by the Network Gaza Solidarity, in which members of the extreme left work together with immigrant organisations. The demo started at Sergels Torg, in downtown Stockholm, and then paraded to the Israeli embassy where the flagburning took place.

It’s too bad these leftists cant be forced to live under Sharia law for a year, to see what it is they are so adamantly defending.
Yes, especially the Swedish Socialists. They are all for feminism and homo-marriages. Free sexuality (free abortions, sex education for toddlers, etc, etc) is really one of the mainstays of their ideology these days. And of course leniency towards any form of criminality that is not directed against the state (eg tax evasion!).
They would do so well under Sharia laws. /s

If Sahlin wins the 2010 election she’ll become the most unable leader in our nation’s history.
Yes, Sweden lost Finland during the reign of Charles the XIV, but under Sahlin’s rule we Swedes will have to give up Sweden.

The Swedish “neutrality” in WWII was slanted toward German National Socialism. So this should be no surprise.
How much different would it be from living in a Scandinavian welfare nanny state? It's just a different list of do's and dont's, that's all. Swedish sheep will just get accustomed to a different color of shepherd.

- With the great number of Swedes being upset with Sahlin I consider it a small wonder that the Social Democrats still do well in polls these days.
Despite being a Social Democrat, our former PM Göran Persson was a much more competent politician than Sahlin ever will become and furthermore, he was a much better friend of Israel.
