Donofrio Alleges Judicial Misconduct, Obstruction of Justice, NJ Appellate Division

Today, Leo Donofrio, also the Plaintiff in Donofrio v. Wells, is separately filing an official allegation of Judicial Misconduct against Appellate Division Judge Jack M. Sabatano.

Today, Leo C. Donofrio filed, with the NJ Supreme Court’s Advisory Committee on Judicial

Conduct, an official allegation of Judicial Misconduct against Appellate Division Judge Jack M. Sabatino with regard to the initial stage of this litigation which was originally filed in the NJ Superior Court, Appellate Division. The case, having come directly from an appeal to the New Jersey Supreme Court is now before the the United States Supreme Court, “DISTRIBUTED for Conference of December 5, 2008″ before all nine Supreme Court Justices.
I am very concerned that if the United States Supreme Court requests the official records of the case from the NJ Appellate Division, a fraudulent case file - not including all relevant documents - will be forwarded to the SCOTUS and thereby the case now pending might be jeopardized.

A copy of the official complaint - by way of a New Jersey Supreme Court generated form - will be uploaded to this blog shortly.

[MEDIA UPDATE:] Today, Leo Donofrio learned that New Jersey Appellate Division Judge Jack M. Sabatino has failed to correct the public record of the initial lower court case. Leo Donofrio feels it is imperative that he bring this battle public. Therefore, he will appear on the Plains Radio Network with Ed Hale tonight at 9:00 PM EST. Leo Donofrio will also appear on Overnight AM with Lan Lamphere at 11:00 PM EST as well.

I did the exact same thing as you did.

Turn off ABC, CBS, NBC and CNN news. If they have poor ratings, they get fired. If they can’t get any sponsors because we won’t watch them- they’ll go off the air. You know, 48% of the population (who voted for McCain) can make alot of noise. Keeping in mind that Obama had the ACORN votes thrown in (so the count was even closer).

It is not really guaranteed that the Electors will all vote as they are instructed once the situation is changed by the presumptive winner being removed from contention. Do their instructions take this sort of thing into account?

The Democrats are hustling a Precedent. They believe that the whole world has a right to vote for the American President and many of them have said as much from time to time. If they can get Hussein installed and then let it become common knowledge that he is not a natural born citizen or maybe not a citizen at all, then they will have established the Precedent. And that Precedent then establishes another Precedent, that the Constitution is merely advisory. What more could they want?

The Electors are chosen by the Party of the Candidate. They will votes as they are instructed if they want to continue with that party. Since the Obama electors have a large 'cushion' above 270 a few strays won't be an issue. If the democratic party consensus is to go with Hillary as Prez, than that will happen.

When a Democrat president takes office the new administration immediately begins to clean house. They get rid of ALL the non civil service appointments of the previous Republican administration and marginalize any "unreliable" civil servants. Clinton went farther. He purged the uniformed Services which is why we did so poorly in Iraq until we finally got some new officers and strategy in place along with some more troops. Bush had been working with the incompetent Clinton political flag and field officers.
When a new Republican president takes office he is inevitably magnanimous and does not fire the enemy bureaucrats with the result that the Republicans never do get control of the permanent government. Even Reagan left the Democrat bureaucracy pretty much intact though he did sidestep the CIA in order to get actual nonfictional information about the USSR.

If this turns out to be true, then many democrat members of Congress will be complicit in the subversion of our constitution and will be required to be removed from office. What then? Would they be removed first or at the same time as Obama? I haven’t seen any discussion on that aspect of this looming constitutional crisis.

Great! Spread the word to all you know. If you know any Freepers in other states send them the info and links and ask them to post same on their FR boards.

We all need to work to get the news out. Make calls and send letters/emails to all your state Rep. and Senators, news agencies, talk show hosts. And don't forget a letter to the Supreme Court Justices. Even a short hand written note expressing your concern that the Constitution be upheld would be great! Also as noted before, actual letters are better than emails. I like to do both to make sure their email inbox is FULL! Also nice when their answer machines are full of messages! :)

Hi, I thought perhaps the call was on the up and up but then I listened and changed my mind. The way the question was asked was slanted and gave the opportunity for the answer in the affirmative to be questioned. If you know the guy Mike from “Mike in the Morning” plase ask him why his call audio was released on November 21st when the call was made November 5th? Was it a delay in the cut/paste/edit process?? the real a**kicker if you’re a Dem: it will be one vote per state in both the House and the Senate. With more RED states than BLUE states, the pendulum will swing the other way.

The final score was 29 states blue and 22 states red. (This includes DC.)

The pendulum isn't going anywhere. The house will select a democrat (we all know it will be Clinton -- that's why she took the SoS post, to stay in the game.)

Here are my thoughts on this subject.

I adressed this issue last weekend in my last Freeper's Observation. Some goofballs got on my case becuase I dared to point out that we now have an illegal and illegtimate Presidency.

To the idiots and clowns who chose to badger me for pointing this out this is the reason why I reffered to Barack Obama's presidency as an illegal and illegimate Presidency. I would admonish anyone before going to jumping to ill-informed conclusions as some did in my thread last weekend to read this and read all the information about this subject.
