Interesting scenario there April. Seems like it is possible, but would unprecedented that the elected POTUS would not be sworn in.

These are unprecedented times. We will be facing this issue in the future and the SCOTUS needs to decide. Do we have a viable constitution or not?

Barry is elected by the electoral college, not the public beauty pageant of the election. Law takes precedent over MSM entertainment. If Barry is qualified, he's in. If he's not and they swear him in anyway.... watch what happens.

Democrats cheat like hell to gain and keep power. From vote stealing to lawsuits to harassment to personal destruction... its all about power. These are some sick folk and they tend not to fair too well when the masses arise. Study the French Revolution. Nobody won. Nobody will win here. The Democrats can't nominate an eligible candidate and the Republicans can't nominate anything even remotely attractive to a majority of the voters. I suggest we look at dissolution of the United States and restructuring along idealogical lines. Vermont is leading this effort and the South has about had enough of the insults from the alleged “elite.” If we can't work together as a nation, we need to part company. Worked for Czechoslovakia and Kosovo. It can work for us too. Besides, the USA is flat broke and nobody will be bailing us out in a few months.
