Yes. The price I quoted included a fee for the company that does the legwork (much cheaper than taking a trip to the appropriate state and county) and the notary fee for the authorization.
Not that simple. If he was born in Honolulu, he's in. No question.
If he was born in Kenya, and BHO Sr, and Stanley Ann were married, he's a Kenyan, eligible for dual citizenship, but never the presidency.
If he was born in Kenya, and mommy wasn't married, then he is a US citizen, or not a US citizen, depending on whether you use the law that was in effect in 1961, or the laws that were amended later to cover children born in his circumstances, and whether you read the age and residency requirements for his mother with your left eye, or your right eye, and the phase of the moon, and the mood of the Supreme Court.
Either way, pretty much everyone agrees that being born on US soil means he's both a citizen and natural born, and is therefore eligible to hold the office of the President.
If he was born in Kenya or Canada, he could still be or not be a US citizen, but maybe not a natural born one, depending on whether jus soli or jus sanguinis (by soil or by bloodline) takes precedence.
I lean towards jus soli, if you weren't born on US soil, you're not "natural born" for the purposes of holding the highest office.
Unfortunately, that means that Panamanian born McCain who is of unquestionable loyalty and allegiance isn't constitutionally qualified in my book, but a Hawai'ian born, marxist, hate America first spoon-fed member of a destroy America faith, Obama is.

Here’s a simple recap, but spread over several posts.
Part One:
It all started with a June 9 article by Jim Geraghty on the National Review, http://campaignspot.nationalreview.com/post/?q=ZTgxZmIwNTg0OWVhMWJkODNmZjI4ZjY4Mjg2OWRmNzI=, that asked “Why doesn’t Obama make his birth certificate public so as to quell the rumor that he is not a US Citizen?”
Then on June 10, his article was reprinted in the Daily Kos blog. Two days later, an image that Daily Kos claimed was a copy of Obama’s actual birth certificate.”
The initial problem was that this image did not resemble any birth certificate that anyone had ever seen.
With good reason, because this was not a “Birth Certificate,” but a “Certification of Live Birth.” If certified, the COLB (the acronym I created) serves to validate a person’s birth date and place, much like a birth certificate would.
However, the public took exception to the contents, and the lack thereof, of the COLB, especially labeling the RACE of Obama’s father as AFRICAN, and leaving out all of the otrher data that birth certtificates usually have
I looked at the COLB image on the Kos, and immediately noticed something fishy. The text looked like it had been altered, and so present my findings to the blogsphere, I started The Greater Evil.

So this hinges on the Daily Kos. I hear Kos quoted fairly often. At the same time, if he is a hoax citizen, it would be best for it to be revealed AFTER the convention. Hehehehe.

Anti-nationalism in left wing politics
Most of the anti-nationalists who believe that eventually the world should be one unified community (usually after a worldwide social revolution of some type) make a notable exception for the preservation of culture and often also identity politics by extension. These adherents also do not necessarily repudiate the concept of national boundaries as such. Their argument is that nationalism is unfavourable when it leads to things like chauvinism, jingoism and militarism, but in some senses can also be constructive when its inherent passion and dedication are applied to anti-oppression contexts, such as national liberation movements, ethnic nationalist resistance movements (such as the historic United States Black Panther Party), and other similar contexts. Interestingly, most Marxist-Leninists around the world, mostly considered by the politically unaffiliated to be towards the left of the mainstream, advocate this position or something close to it, and have historically done so.

Oh I do indeed remember the NJ Soprano Court and switching the ‘Torch’. Just last week, I was haunted by McGreevy [another odd bird], and him telling Hannity, “The law is SILENT.”
But here is the difference [if their attempt even reached the SC]— Justice Thomas, Alito, Roberts, and Scalia.
Even if the other five blocked them, their dissent would be so scathing that it would be an entirely different situation. Not only that, but a post primary swap to Hillery would make her weaker than if it is before the convention. [And the rats would be even more divided— female vs. black.]

Nostrodomis once predicted that a black man in high esteem would be discraced. I wondered if it were OJ, the ‘reverend’ Jackson, or Michael Jackson. But none of them can light a candle to Obama right now.
Now that I think about it, could it be that Hillary is behind this ‘fake ID’ report?
After keeping an eye on the Clintons, I have learned ‘Clinton-think’ pretty well. If Obama wins the primary and is later exposed as having a fake ID, it appears that the DNC would enter a state of confusion. Through ‘clinton-think’, I looked up the old controversy:

One poster seemed knowledgeable, but I’m just guessing to be honest. The party would be in disarray— and furious at everyone— if he were killed. But if he were completely discredited, that would make it easier on them to rally.
I couldn’t find anything solid after a quick search. The party rules for such a contingency may not even be written for all I know.
