All of us should try and contact our state's Supervisor of Elections and ask them to request a Letter of Verification for Obama.

I cannot see how Hawaii could say that they do not have a direct and tangible need for it.

Maybe, it's time to play a little hardball with Government officials and the media.

All of this is breaking new ground.

I keep hearing the word frivolous used describing this law suit. How can questions about the top law maker in our land be frivolous

I think that Surrick was referring more to Berg's arguments for having standing, than he was about the allegations.

But, still, what is more "frivolous?" Making the charge? Or failing to answer the charge?

This ruling is so bogus.
