Notice how some of the fields were filled in later and that the certificate doesn’t bear a raised seal? Also, the birth certificate dating from the event, according to the post of the one above who says it was shown to him, trumps something purporting to be a copy of information found in the birth certificate.
I can’t notice anything. I’ve no background how these documents are created from Panama.
But, we have an expert in the filled that can help you with your observations, Gatún(CraigIsaMangoTreeLawyer)!
When I received mine it was the orginal form filled in by my mother (I could recognize her hand writing)laid on the copier and copied onto the green basket weave paper. It also had some fields she didn't fill in. My name for one (as she must have not decided yet what to name me) This was TYPED in. Also her occupation was filled in by a different hand writing. My certificate was registered 14 days after I was born. It does have the raised seal and signature on it notarizing it is the original certificate on file.
If you zoom in(ctl + scroll wheel on your mouse) the image of JM's birth certificate, you can see there are some letters which look to be under the U S A in the "Father's Birthplace" & "Mother's Birthplace" fields. There are also some letters in the "Place of Birth" field.
In the "Place of Birth" field: There is an "A" in front of the "C" in Colon. To the right of the word Panama, there is what looks to be "uan".
In the "Father's Birthplace" field: There is an "n" between the "U" and "S". There are other letters, but I can't make them out enough to unequivocally say what they are.
In the "Mother's Birthplace" field: To the right of U S A in the "Mother's Birthplace" field, there is what looks like "ap" _ _ _ then what could be "de" _ "an" (very faint) and then "ama".
I think this is the raised seal which certifies the certificate.
