DUmmie FUnnies 02-23-06 ("It appears the newly formed U.S. Detention camps are for real")
DUmmie FUnnies ^ | February 23, 2006 | DUmmies and PJ-Comix

Posted on 02/23/2006 11:04:08 AM PST by PJ-Comix

DUmmieland has worked themselves into a later again based on this Alternate Reality AlterNet STORY about the EVIL Bush Regime supposedly building detention centers for DUmmies and their leftist cohorts. Of course, the AlterNet Alternate Reality story is based on NOTHING but speculation. However, the fact that Halliburton is involved is enough to make such speculation a reality for the DUmmies as you can see in this THREAD titled, "It appears the newly formed U.S. Detention camps are for real." Actually the only thing that is for real is the typical DUmmie paranoia. However, at the bottom of this, the DUmmies want to feel important enough that they need to be detained by the government. Actually, DUmmies, the government has NO INTEREST in housing and feeding your lazy butts. By allowing you to continue your usual sordid existence posting insanely from your parent's basements, you are providing hours of comedic entertainment to the Federal agents who must monitor your loony insanity for the few real threats you make that might affect national security such as your occasional death threats against officials. So let us sit back and enjoy the latest chapter of DUmmie Delusions of non-existent persecution in Bolshevik Red while the commentary of your humble correspondent, laughing at my pet DUmmies detained in my Ant Farm Camp, is in the [brackets]:

It appears the newly formed U.S. Detention camps are for real.

[HOORAY! We are now IMPORTANT enough to be detained. Our meaningless lives are now VALIDATED!!!]

Bush's Mysterious new Program, what some of us here on D/U have known all along. See you all soon at the detainment camps.

[BYOM---Bring Your Own Meds.]

Snip< But recent developments suggest that the Bush administration may already be contemplating what to do with Americans who are deemed insufficiently loyal or who disseminate information that may be considered helpful to the enemy. Top U.S. officials have cited the need to challenge news that undercuts Bush's actions as a key front in defeating the terrorists, who are aided by "news informers," in the words of Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld.

Snip < Scott speculated that the "detention centers could be used to detain American citizens if the Bush administration were to declare martial law." He recalled that during the Reagan administration, National Security Council aide Oliver North organized Rex-84 "readiness exercise," which contemplated the Federal Emergency Management Agency rounding up and detaining 400,000 "refugees," in the event of "uncontrolled population movements" over the Mexican border into the United States

http://www.alternet.org/story/32647

[And now to hear the latest in paranoid delusion from the Alternate Reality Based Community...]

Well, at least we'll be in good company. Think about what it would be like if we were forced into a camp with a bunch of Republicans!

[The HORROR---They would MAKE you bathe!]

We wouldn't even need to bring our computers to talk to each other like we do now. Hopefully someone on the outside could smuggle in news though.

[Don't worry. I've already arranged with the warden to allow you to use the Detention Camp laptops so the DUmmie FUnnies can maintain a fresh flow of comedy material.]

I know what you're saying to yourself, why didn't I take the blue pill?

[Or any of an assortment from your dozens of other meds.]

Martial law is actually FEMA's true purpose. FEMA was created to control and contain the populous in the event of a devastating nuclear attack by the Soviets. So I wouldn't judge them based on their Katrina performance.

[You can sleep under the blue tarps that FEMA provides you. Oh, and all the free ice you want.]

First they came for the communists.
Then they came for the trade unionists.
Then they came for the Jews.

[So when are they finally going to come for the DUmmies?]

so far they haven't come for anyone...

[LOUSY FREEPER TROLL!!!]

What martial law? Ever hear of "night and fog"? There are federal agents at every protest and rally, busily snapping pictures of the the participants. You've seen them. You know that they have the capability to identify us. We've seen it from the arrests that followed riots caught on video, where annonymous rioters were picked up days later, identified by the videos. DHL and the FBI could certainly have dossiers on the 10,000 likeliest protest leaders and, with the assistance of local police, pick them all up literally overnight. But more realisticly, they could be picked up one at a time, over a matter of weeks, and no one would be the wiser. If spontaneous protests did erupt, the entire crowd could be herded into pens, as in New York last year, and most the protesters would wind up being terrorized into silence and released in 48 hours, while a few would remain in indefinite arrest.

[They're coming to take me away...Hee! Hee! They're coming to take me away...Ho! Ho!]

i can't honestly say that i grok to whatever it is you're trying to say...

[I love to grok DUmmie threads! Best comedy entertainment yet!]

Everything they do is test cases -- holding American citizens without charges indefinitely; free speech zones; mass round-ups, as at the Republican convention; warrantless wiretapping; the list goes on and on. At every point they are testing the boundaries, pushing the limits on what the people will tolerate. We tolerated free speech zones - now, they are ubiquitous and they are pushing for the ability to arrest protesters outside the free speech zones as 'disrupters'. Where are you going to hold 500 disrupters? In a filthy holding pen at the docks? Or in a nice, clean facility specifically built for that purpose? After being arrested, charged, fingerprinted, maybe even iris-scanned, then released, being picked up a second time as a 'disrupter' could mean that you are a habitual criminal, needing to be held longer than the previous 48 hours. Well, there's a camp in Wyoming just for you.

[It's called the Camp Wyoming FUnnie Farm. And it's just for YOU.]

Why haven't any members of Congress spoken out about this?

[Because they want to be re-elected.]

So they are go to round up and detain the "disloyal"? To me that translates into liberals and progressives--us--the smart people. All those engineers, scientists, technicians, doctors, nurses, former military and lawyers together in one place will just coalesce into one giant brain. It would be the Great Escape and Hogan's Heroes times a million.

[It would be Comedy Central times a million.]

The writing is on the wall, isn't it. Time to seriously have a "plan B."

[Plan B: Ask Mommy for a bigger allowance.]

Bush and the republicans are worse than Al Qaeda

[Be sure to carve that theme on the DUmmieland entranceway.]

This article is absolutely terrifying! It's very long (I'm not even finished with it yet), but it's one terrifying bit of information after another. It covers more than detention camps; it also covers PSYOPS and surveillance and other straight-from-1984 stuff. I'd heard about most of it already, but it's overwhelming to see all these sinister things in one article.

[So should we send you a case of Depends or just give you a mop to soak up yellow stuff on your floor?]

Who will do the rounding up? The National Guard? They will be rounding up their mothers, fathers, brothers and sisters. They won't do it. Bush will have a revolt on his hands the size of which will make the American Revolution seem like a tea party.

[Bush will be sending out Phantoms to round up your fantasies.]

How many is on the list, now?

The PING List? 819 right now which makes the DUFU PING list the BIGGEST PING List on the FR. It is almost TWICE as big as the next biggest FR PING List.

Of course, they are for real. DUers will start being arrested and placed there this Friday, at lunchtime.

I had no idea DHL had that capability. Is FedEx in on this, too?

I love this line

Ya ever notice how the more ridiculous a liberal position is, the more verbiage it is wrapped in?? The old "if you can't dazzle them with brilliance (or facts, or logic, or even relevance), baffle 'em with Bulls***" routine.

I have done this just to make them nervous. I am in no way affiliated with the government.

"FEMA was created to control and contain the populous"

Hilarious...the total employment of FEMA is close to 2500 and most of these are overweight paper-pushers inside the beltway! And you can bet that the number will be reduced as soon as budget-crunch time comes.

These idiots need to realize the above referenced people are mostly Republican, and productive. They can have the lawyers, they are counterproductive and are mostly liberals.

If we start rounding up and warehousing the DUmies in large numbers, there will be a severe shortage of fastfood workers in America. Can't let this happen.

I hope they let us know where it is, so we can stand outside the fence and laugh at them.

If I were teh warden or a guard in such a camp, I'd have them make big rocks out of small ones. Much harder labor than the other way.

Category I Alert:  This thread contains a Category I DUmmie alert. A Category I Alert means all DUmmies must go up to their room and hide under their desk.   Should this develop into a Category II Alert, DUmmies will be instructed to the go to the nearest tin-foil shelter for pickup by the mother ship.

Two Types of DUmmie Allerts:

Category I - Delusional:  beliefs that are not backed up by reality. They may remain despite obvious evidence to the contrary, and the fact that nobody else believes them to be true.

Category II - Paranoid Delusional:  beliefs of a suspiscious nature, where the person believes something is not right with them, another person(s), or the world in general, which poses serious problems for them.

Scott speculated that the "detention centers could be used to detain American citizens if the Bush administration were to declare martial law."

Even the paranoid resort to weasel-words like "could" and "if". Of course, the DUmmie translator must make those read as "will" and "when".

Gee, I wonder why they'd do something like that?

We've seen it from the arrests that followed riots caught on video, where annonymous rioters were picked up days later, identified by the videos.

Oh yeah, that's why. Nothing sinister about it, just making sure that people in higher-probability situations to break the law are monitored so that they can be apprehended if they break the law.
