Judge did not allow all evidence or testimony in the trial to prevent prejudice against DW.

Following your line of reasoning, the entire house, all the furniture & cars would have had to have been wiped down. (Not to mention her desk at school etc.) Well, regardless to my line of reasoning, I do not understand what you are saying.
It is in the TRANSCRIPTS, the PH ones too, that LE's DID NOT FIND ANY PRINTS from DANIELLE ANYWHERE in HER BEDROOM.
Why is that?

The niece is now 19 years old and was 7 at the time of the incident. Both the niece and her mother will be testifying during this penalty phase. Also the part of the Redden interview where DW tells the police about it will be played for the jury during this phase.

I have no idea why there were no finger prints in her room. Several times a year my housekeeper wipes woodwork so the same could be said of rooms in my house.
On another subject, I just watched Court TV for the first time. I now know who the hated Nancy Grace is. LOL She is the b*tch on the shoutshows who defended everything the clintons did. I HATE her & would want to be on the opposing side of ANYTHING too. LOL

DW told "someone" that one kid's leg got "stuck" in the pant leg of another child.. "Yeah. But you know, I'm an inventor. To free the kid's leg, I put one finger in her mouth, and the other hand down inside my pants. Free's little girl's legs, everytime."

Good point about the fingerprints. Really? How does one go about transferring the fingerprints? The fingerprints with dusting powder were still in place when the jury went in the MH for their viewing. The fingerprints were placed with alot of pressure is my understanding.

Where did you get that (incorrect) information?

Most posters seem to be laying pretty low. I'm around checking up. Following the Oregon City Case. It will be an ugly, but open and shut trial, probably claim insanity if its allowed in this state.

Lol, there's lots of ways. One is you take packing tape and apply it to the fingerprint. Take packing tape and apply it to another surface. Bingo, you moved a fingerprint!
