Did you know that Coldplay’s current live show has a whole kiss-cam segment, like an NBA game? During Coldplay’s live show, stadium screens apparently show unsuspecting couples in the crowd, and then Chris Martin urges them to kiss. I didn’t know that. Neither, apparently, did Andy Byron, CEO of the tech platform Astronomer, which is reportedly valued at $1.3 billion. At a recent Coldplay gig in Boston, Coldplay’s kiss-cam caught Byron all snuggled up with a woman who is not his wife, and that video quickly went viral.
Earlier this week, Coldplay ployed a pair of shows at Foxborough’s Gillette Stadium, home of the Patriots. As The Sun reports, the band’s kiss-cam captured an image of Astronomer CEO Andy Byron, who is married, and the company’s HR chief Kristin Cabot, who is not his wife. Upon realizing that they were on camera, Cabot covered her face and then turned her back to the camera, while Byron visibly panicked and then ducked down offscreen. Chris Martin’s narration of the moment was pretty funny: “Ooooh, look at these two! All right, come on, you’re OK! Oh, what? Either they’re having an affair or they’re just very shy.” Who knows! Could be both! Enjoy the spectacle of their humiliation below.
I bet this guy thought he was pretty smart. I bet he was like, “Nobody will report it to HR if I’m having an affair with the HR lady!” Little did he know.
The smiling woman in the video is reportedly one of Cabot’s direct reports (who was promoted last week). And this morning Byron’s wife apparently dropped his last name from her Facebook profile.

Anyway, was this a setup? Of all the people there, they just happened to pick a couple that just happened to not want to be seen?
Also, if you are committing adultery, with a direct report no less, should you be in public, with thousands of people? How did they know no one else from the company might be there?

They did catch him, and it’s now a hot mess. May have been a swinger set, including the younger employee also at the show. Wife already removed his last name from her LinkedIn. Ah, yuppie drama!

I knew this guy who got tickets for a Yankee playoff game through work, years ago. He said he brought 3 clients.
The next day his boss shows him the back page of the NY Daily News with a big picture of him and his 3 buddies. Points to each guy and says “I don’t know this guy” then points to my buddy in the photo and says “I know this guy and he’s fired”.
Did he find another job? How did the Yankees do?

I live around 4 miles down the street from Gillette stadium and when the missus told me Coldplay had a concert that night i was like...”Coldplay can fill a football stadium?”
Seems that they played at least two shows with idiots paying hundreds of dollars to see it.

on the flip side of that story...a baseball game saved a man’s life because Curb Your Enthusiasm filming caught him by chance and gave him an alibi.
That happened where I worked, the CEO had an affair with the CFO who was the head of HR. It broke up both marriages. No consequences from the company.
Now he gets to give up half his money!

The Mrs Byron has ALREADY removed her last name from her FB page; now just goes by her apparent maiden name (*Kerrigan*). And just like that, he’s probably tossed from the home as husband & father of 2. As a message from a well-known pastor who failed to preach this titled message to HIMSELF, “Sin Will Cost You More Than You Wanna Pay).”
The Yankees won. The photo was them high fiving. He went through jobs like Biden goes through diapers.
Plus getting sued by the HR Director.
So he has a gooma. Every Frenchman does.😎

the internet pretty much got the identity of both ceo and cpo immediately.
and then a few minutes later the identity of sr.director standing next to them. prodigy of current cpo, and probably there as a cover for this “business meeting”
the comments on their own linkdin account are adding up and funny
