Today, I had a conversation with an investigator from the Cold Case Posse in AZ. We talked and I expanded on several dossiers filled with evidence for over an hour. They asked for all of my relevant information on Obama, the Harry Bounel alias evidence, and the dossiers I completed on Stanley Ann Dunham, her parents, and Michelle Obama as well. They have it all. BTW they also say that it looks like my information cannot be disproved and will be useful.
I have proof, definitive proof that Stanley Ann Dunham was in WA state in "1961" as per the issuance of a SSN numident in her name with the SSN 535-40-8522. There is no way that she was in HI and I have proof because in the fall she was in college in WA, not HI.

I’ve noticed this, too. There used to be at least some respect for Christians even if one didn’t believe in Christianity. Now non-Christians are heavily propagandized. I even see it here. It’s like they think Christians are on the verge of creating a theocracy or something.

BTW, they aren’t stupid or uneducated. They certainly know far more about worldly things at a much younger age than my generation. They just haven’t spent much time analyzing what they do or thinking about the long term ramifications. Even their popular music glorifies living for today.
My question is....
If technology has clearly and without any doubt demonstrated Ubama’s BC is a digital fraud, why can’t that be used to dispose America of his garbage?
I know...rhetorical, but if we can’t get the most obvious evidence reviewed by SCOTUS, then I doubt any evidence will ever see the SCOTUS chambers.
Maybe but why would it be on two ex-missionaries radar? Especially two ex-missionaries that weren’t even in Kenya in 1961. They were in Uganda.
I have no problem with people who want to pursue the eligibility issue. Why would I? I believe in liberty. What bothered me wasn’t the pursuit of the eligibility issue. It was the bashing of good conservatives, like Mark Levin and Michelle Malkin, simply because they didn’t see elegibility as the #1 concern.
Some of the Truther stuff borders on the absurd. Other information seems promising. I’d actually like to see the SCOTUS rule on eligibility and give us a solid definition of “natural born citizen.”
Sealed OLFBC due to an adoption may be obtained by adult adoptees in some states. To minimize the risk the OLFBC will marked with a statement indicating it is not a legal document.
In Alabama, an unsealed OLFBC is clearly marked with "THIS IS NOT A LEGAL DOCUMENT" to prevent it from being used as identification.
Obama had to edit his OLFBC before posting it to remove "THIS IS NOT A LEGAL DOCUMENT" from it so he could continue the lie he was not adopted by Lolo Soetoro.

The Dunhams had Obama living with them as their grandson for many years. They didn’t act embarrassed about it.

People who are stuck on the eligibility issue, aka Truthers, wonder why other conservatives, like Levin and Malkin, dismiss them. Some Truthers are simply not willing to listen to any dissenting views. It doesn’t matter if I agree with some of the Truther agenda. If I don’t buy into all of it and believe Obama is ineligible to be president, then I’m a troll! Again, you wonder why many conservatives dismiss Truthers. Truthers bring derision on themselves by closing their minds to anything that disputes their Obama worldview.
Even if I think Obama is hiding something (I do) and think some of his documents are fake (I do), it doesn’t mean he’s doing so to cover up foreign citizenship. It only means he’s hiding something.
For sake of argument, let’s say he really is a Manchurian Candidate born outside of the US and groomed by Muslims since an early age to become president. Even if all that’s true—I think it’s nonsense—Truthers still need to find conclusive evidence, get a favorable ruling from the courts, and push impeachment through an openly hostile US Senate.

Geesh! OK, technically there’s a way, a tool, that could be used to impeach President Obama. However, that tool is not going to be used as a practical matter. Do you seriously think the Democrat-controlled senate would impeach their guy even if a court ruled he’s ineligible? Remember who we’re dealing with. Democrats do whatever it takes to win.
Truthers claim there’s a big conspiracy to cover up Obama’s eligibility, right? This conspiracy is in the highest levels of the Democrat Party, right? Millions upon millions voted for Obama in spite of all the new eligibility “evidence” since 2008, right? Yet, I’m expected to believe the people will exert enough pressure on the US Senate for it to vote to impeach the guy they supposedly conspired with to keep in office? Sorry. That boggles the mind.
I’d rather try to thwart the Obama agenda. THAT actually can be accomplished. It’s possible.
Our government is corrupted to the point where treason has become the standard operating basis. It got that way because good Americans didn't raise the roof at the first transgression.

The truth is that allegations are assumed to be true in a civil matter. Court rules indicate a Judge must read a complaint from the perspective the allegations made by the plaintiff are true. If the case survives a responsive pleading, i.e. Motion to Dismiss, then the defendant must answer the complaint with a denial of the allegations. If the defendant does not deny the allegations, then the Court will find the allegations to be true and proceed to a hearing accessing damages caused by the defendant.
For example, let’s say Orly Taitz complained in Federal Court that Sven Magnussen was not eligible to post on Free Republic because he is using a stolen SSN, did not register for Selective Service and Sven’s real name is Harrison or Harry J. Bounel who’s identity I have stolen according to E-Verify, SSNVS and numerous affidavits from skip tracers and private detectives.
I ignore the complaint and summons to appear. I do not file a responsive pleading or answer to the complaint.
If that is the case, then Orly wins and all of the allegations made in the complaint are considered to be true and factually based. Since Obama and I are too busy and too important to answer civil suits, then Orly will win every time if she could get past the Motion to Dismiss. No proof will be necessary since the allegations in a civil suit are assumed to be true until successfully defended.
Well, in 1974, Richard Nixon, a sitting president in his second term (having won that second term in a true landslide election), would have been removed via impeachment had he not resigned first. The vice-president at the time, Gerald Ford, was sworn in as president. And there was no "absolute chaos" to speak of.

I didn’t see this earlier. Yes, Maya was the only dependent on the Soetoro tax return because Obama was in the legal custody of Catholic Social Services of Connecticut in 1973 and the physical custody of Madelyn Payne Dunham. His grandmother was appointed his legal guardian or foster mother.
Stanley Ann and Lolo Soetoro were stripped of their parental rights by a Hawaii Family Court in 1971 when Obama returned to Hawaii as an Unaccompanied Minor with foreign nationality. He was taken into protective custody by ICE at the Hawaii airport and then transferred to Catholic Social Services of Connecticut until the age of majority, 1979. On his 18th birthday, Obama was an emancipated adult.
In the 1980 Soetoro divorce, Obama is the adult dependent upon the Soetoros for education. From 1971 to 1979, the Soetoros could not claim Obama has a dependent because he was in the care and legal custody of Catholic Social Services of Connecticut. Consequently, he has a Connecticut SSN issued to him through his legal custodian, Catholic Social Services of Connecticut.
It's only a matter of time before obama is in the same boat.
