5. It would shore up Romney's popularity with women voters.
4. A Romney/Hillary ticket would increase GOP appeal among moderates and independents in blue states and swing states, as well as minority voters concerned with Romney's Mormonism.
3. A Romney/Hillary ticket would distance the GOP from GW Bush, the Tea Party and the religious right in the minds of voters.
2. Hillary was born into and raised in an Republican establishment family.
1. The most important thing this election is to stop Obama before he can do four more years of damage.

You might piss off some of the conservative base so much that they will go door to door for zero just to get back at the GOPOh, a few. Not many. The "well-I-guess-I'll-vote-for-Romney" crowd already are showing they've jettisoned their ability to be provoked by searing their conscience in getting behind a pro-abort, liberal judge appointing socialist "I'm-a-god" candidate.
If Romney couldn't provoke them, they're impervious to provocation.
Hillary -- to them -- should be a good strategic "practical" utilitarian move to meet their only goal: Keep Zero from being re-elected.
It's not even "conservative convictions be damned" anymore. They've already been anathematized.

If this is satire, it is brilliantly funny. If you’re serious, then no.

Two problems:
- Sir Edmund died a few years ago.
- He was from New Zealand.

Yeah. Like we would have voted for mccain if he had picked lieberman.

Unless Hillary has changed (why they don’t as they get a chance at seeing where their agenda has taken us) she is Obama, just with less guts. She didn’t imagine that someone could “accomplish” as much as Obama and as quickly. He likely blows her away.

Maybe Romney could take Hillary as one of his spiritual wives? That would get the polygamist as well as the feminist vote!Ummm...You forget that with Mormonism, spiritual wives are FOREVER. Do you really think any man would be willing to make that kind of sacrifice you're suggesting here? [Especially with more & more of the polygamist vote either in jail on felonies with their wives either being too young to vote, or not accorded voting privileges by their master hubby?]
Nah, I think Mitt would be "happy enough" to be promised Hillary's concubine-interns.

Is Daily Kos down?(Given that Mitt is WAY to the left of JFK & Lyndon B. Johnson...Could you imagine JFK introducing socialized healthcare in MA or LBJ doing the same thing in Texas?...The Romneybot support on FR is an ethereal virtual "DK"...a Twilight Zone of sorts where we awoke and wondered why 85%-90%+ of the nation seems to be committed to voting for one of two mainstream POTUS liberals this November)
