I've updated my blog to include the e-mail from Janice Okubo confirming that they assign birth certificate numbers in the state registrar's office and the day they do that is the "Date filed by state registrar".
The pertinent portion from Okubo's e-mail:
In regards to the terms “date accepted” and “date filed” on a Hawaii birth certificate, the department has no records that define these terms. Historically, the terms “Date accepted by the State Registrar” and “Date filed by the State Registrar” referred to the date a record was received in a Department of Health office (on the island of O’ahu or on the neighbor islands of Kaua’i, Hawai’i, Maui, Moloka’i, or Lana’i), and the date a file number was placed on a record (only done in the main office located on the island of O’ahu) respectively.
MY SUMMARY: As you can see, Okubo said that the “Date filed by the State Registrar” is the date a file number was placed on a record (only done in the main office).
There are no pre-numbered certificates. A certificate given a certificate number on Aug 8th (Obama’s Factcheck COLB) would not be given a later number than a certificate given a number on Aug 11th (the Nordyke certificates).
There is no way that both the date filed and the certificate number can be correct on the Factcheck COLB. The COLB is thus proven to be a forgery.
What you posted from your “friend” - was that in an e-mail, or snail mail? If it was e-mail, post the redacted headings for when it was sent. I did that on all the e-mails I posted - including this one which was actually sent to someone else. I was given permission to print anything I wanted from it as long as I redacted the personally-identifying items.
What is your problem????

There is a LEGALLY BINDING requirement that a person be a Natural Born Citizen to run for POTUS. The burden of proof falls upon that person, to be enforced by the people and the congress.
The people were drinking Obama-kool-aid, and congress was IN ON THE SCAM, they knew he wasn’t a Natural Born Citizen. Why do you think Obama co-sponsored legislation to CHANGE THE MEANING OF NATURAL BORN CITIZEN??

Once consideration is that complete standardization didn't seem to take place between Hawaii and the Feds until 1972. The "Certificate of Hawaiian Birth" Program was terminated in 1972 because, among many reasons, the law required the U.S. Social Security Administration to issue Social Security numbers and to obtain more stringent evidence of age and citizenship or alien status and identity. |

Our Freeper researchers are VERY good. I enjoy reading their work.
What I’m saying is that I don’t know. What Okubo said about the terminology doesn’t necessarily square with the other sources of information we have. Just like everything else that has come from Hawaii. That’s why I say we need an official legal investigation by law enforcement. That is the only we’re EVER gonna know what’s really going on.
Her statement that they give it the state certificate number at the DOH office, however, DOES jive with what we can see on the certificates themselves. Hopefully I can post more later regarding that.
Sooo.... as far as your post goes, the only place it can be shown he ever went by the name “Barry Soetoro” was in the single Indonesian school document. In every other place he used his real name?

What you’re saying here about their inability to verify the online COLB because it’s a forgery fits what Okubo has said herself. When I asked her if she has a responsibility to report when she knows about a forgery, her response was that it is against the law for her to reveal ANYTHING about a birth certificate.
People really need to understand what she is saying. She is saying her only option when asked about the Factcheck COLB was to smile and say, “I know nothing.”
Which she sort of did. But because she didn’t scream that it was a forgery the whole world (except us vexatious requestors. lol) heard her screaming that it was valid.
A LOT of reporters should be correcting their stories about now. But they won’t. They won’t even listen to what Okubo is saying now - except what they want to hear.
When this whole thing breaks open there should be a lOT of discussion of how law enforcement was hoodwinked and how the media was hoodwinked. That’s why I refer to all this as “red flags”.

the DOH was on Furlough Calendar B, found at http://hawaii.gov/health/furlough/Furlough%20Plan_Attachment%20B.pdf which shows furlough days on the 5th and 12th.

That’s a very good question. The bunghole showed up a month ago as an “expert” in all things birth certificate. I identified the fraud as a troll from the first time I saw it.
Why don’t you address the actual things I actually wrote?
There are reams of valuable research on FR. If you asked, those who have provided this research would be glad to direct you to it. There’s also Beckwith with the Obama Files. If you read for a while, you’d know a lot, and wouldn’t need to ask questions that have been answered many times.
You just emanate a vibe, if you will, of someone who isn’t interested in the truth but is here to stir things up. If it turns out I am wrong, I will apologize.
But you haven’t done your part, if you were a sincere seeker of the truth about 0bama, which is to do your own study.
