What I’m saying is that I don’t know. What Okubo said about the terminology doesn’t necessarily square with the other sources of information we have. Just like everything else that has come from Hawaii. That’s why I say we need an official legal investigation by law enforcement. That is the only we’re EVER gonna know what’s really going on.
Her statement that they give it the state certificate number at the DOH office, however, DOES jive with what we can see on the certificates themselves. Hopefully I can post more later regarding that.
