DOH indirectly confirms: Factcheck COLB date filed and certificate number impossible
Butterdezillion | Feb 23, 2010 | Butterdezillion

Posted on 02/23/2010 8:02:16 AM PST by butterdezillion

I've updated my blog to include the e-mail from Janice Okubo confirming that they assign birth certificate numbers in the state registrar's office and the day they do that is the "Date filed by state registrar".

The pertinent portion from Okubo's e-mail:

In regards to the terms “date accepted” and “date filed” on a Hawaii birth certificate, the department has no records that define these terms. Historically, the terms “Date accepted by the State Registrar” and “Date filed by the State Registrar” referred to the date a record was received in a Department of Health office (on the island of O’ahu or on the neighbor islands of Kaua’i, Hawai’i, Maui, Moloka’i, or Lana’i), and the date a file number was placed on a record (only done in the main office located on the island of O’ahu) respectively.

MY SUMMARY: As you can see, Okubo said that the “Date filed by the State Registrar” is the date a file number was placed on a record (only done in the main office).

There are no pre-numbered certificates. A certificate given a certificate number on Aug 8th (Obama’s Factcheck COLB) would not be given a later number than a certificate given a number on Aug 11th (the Nordyke certificates).

There is no way that both the date filed and the certificate number can be correct on the Factcheck COLB. The COLB is thus proven to be a forgery.

That’s incorrect. HIPAA allows phone book data (i.e. directory information that is publicly available) to be released. That doesn’t mean that a hospital can confirm that a patient has been admitted.

It's not phone book data, it's hospital directory information: Read and learn:

"HIPAA's Privacy Rule allows inpatient health care facilities to continue to maintain "directories" of current patients, but restricts the information in them to the following: name; location in the facility; "condition described in general terms, that does not communicate specific medical information"; and religious affiliation. Except for religious affiliation, the information may be disclosed to anyone who asks for the individual by name. link to source

Take it as a badge of honor to have been targeted and have your system crashed by a custom trojan meant just for you! Call me paranoid, but I certainly do.

They don't do it wholesale (which would attract too much attention and possible discovery) but they do it just to folks who get close to some critical grains of truth, to the individuals hot on a trail and appearing to take a leadership role. They want to demoralize you and get you to quit, knowing that each person can only take so much abuse.

Once they have identified you as a target, they appear to attach a trojan in hiding at websites like Orly's, Right-side-of-life, or Natual Born Citizen pre-programmed to look for a list of internet ID's with your ID on it waiting for you to connect. As soon as you are connected, you are infected and your anti-virus program and firewall are penetrated. Then your boot-up sequence if corrupted forcing you to restore your system or worse! I have had far fewer of these suspected attacks since I dumped McAfee and installed Microsoft Security Essentials.

I think it would be kewl if you guys got your act together where a normal human being could follow your line of reasoning without having to get drunk first.

You know, kinda set forth your claims in a logical order, like in a Complaint, where one wasn’t having to constantly stop, shake their head, and knock their palm up against one ear to bust the cobwebs loose.

You know, you guys want to take on the President, and thats great, but do you think you’re going very far when your presentation is pretty much a big huge SPPPPLLLAAAAATTTTT of meaningless random undifferentiated garbage? Differentiate your garbage. Break it down into discrete little packets, that you can then arrange in logical order.

With the wonderful message you think you have, you should be more than willing to do this. Its not the non-birthers responsibility to do all the decoding of your the birther STUFF. Most people, including me are too lazy to spend hours trying to sort out whats relevant from whats strange.

parsy, who says if you see any Chicomm type spy guys around....run for the hills—(I ain’t giving this advice to everybody)

The Only Legal case that could use the Problematic COLB seal image evidence [IMHO Internet/Electronic image evidence is tough for courts to deal with]is a Quo Warrento suit filed in DC with a plaintiff who qualifies as an “Interested party” under the controlling statute.

If the DC Judge Accepted that Orly's threatened $20,000 sanctioning makes her an interested party, a stretch perhaps, then in theory there could be a trial.

Taitz actually filed a Q.W. case recently in DC.

If Obama had a problem-free COLB certified copy potentially available, why not just use that in 2008 before the election and avoid all the hassle?

Complexity is usually avoided in campaigns because it makes things unpredictable, a calculated risk is taken sometimes, but the law is just too unreliable.

When Polarik rang Hawaii DOH and asked if they produced the Obama COLB posted by fact-check, Onaka {Hawaii DOH Registrar} would not confirm or deny it. I think Polarik’s ruse of pretending to be a family tree researcher was a not exactly fair play - but what else could he do?

I don't know what Obama is keeping close to his chest, but logically its politically embarrassing or perhaps even dangerous to him - that's my best guess.

The Judge in the Taitz DC Q.W. case, Royce C. Lamberth, is the same guy in the long running US Gov v Indian nations lawsuits [the parties actual specific names escape my memory tonight, sorry, but the case was to do with a century of corruption by the Gov. Trust running access to mineral rights on Indian land].

The Obama Administration settled those claims with a multi-billion dollar payout to the Indian plaintiffs recently. [actually justifed IMHO]. The timing was interesting, but the outcome was not that big a surprise.

I am surprised that no judge noticed that Obama has not yet provided a Hawaii backed certified COLB. An image on a website is nothing legally, as I a layperson understand it.

The place of birth on a supplemental birth certificate which is created on adoption is supposed to be kept the same as on the original certificate.

And even Fukino can’t look at the original if there is a supplemental birth certificate except by a court order. I asked to see the court order allowing Fukino to look at Obama’s original birth certificate and was told there are no records matching my request.

If they’re being truthful, adoption records wouldn’t explain the use of the plural “records”. Then again, who knows when they’re telling the truth?

Thanks, very valuable info, I knew I had read that before but didn’t mention it because I didn’t keep the source link.

Reminds me of the point I made several times about the phonetic spelling of names, common to swahili and arabic.

Now the ‘Kenya forgery’ looks a little more kosher, doesn’t it? The objections that Helton Mangana is written as ‘Heltan’ is due to the phonetics, and the date ‘anomaly’ is due to the double format.

Interesting previous comment:

He just hasn’t had to do that for a court yet. The COLB on the net was for all of us who had questions as to whether he was born here in the USA.

Since he is sworn in, he’s probably safe until the time (if) he feels it necessary to produce it. While he loses the birther vote, he picks up votes from the more reasonable people, and the totally anti-birther crowd to offset. Depending on which is more likely to vote he`either will or won’t release the long`form. Or a state may change its rules to require documentation. In which case the COLB, perhaps certified, will do.

BTW, I am still lost on that alleged phony internet COLB issue. I still can’t think over any reason for that to be introduced in court if an Hawaiian registrar verifies the in court COLB. Have you had any ideas?

Just to clarify, I never asserted there were multiple entries in the Birth Index Data.

I did, however, point out that Dr. Fukino made mention of “vital records” (plural) that verify birthplace and “natural-born American citizenship” on 7/27/09.

The typical person would have only one vital record (singular) on file with the DOH that verifies both: an original birth certificate.

Hasn’t she and Okubo said the law restricts them from disclosing ANY information on vital records?? Yet it didn’t stop Fukino from giving a statement she shouldn’t be allowed to make. Clearly they do whatever they want and ignore anyone who calls them on it.

No vital record specifically verifies natural born American citizenship.

Very interesting. Sort of improbable that a forger would use the more suspicious date format if he was trying to pass the forgery off without raising suspicions.
