I did, however, point out that Dr. Fukino made mention of “vital records” (plural) that verify birthplace and “natural-born American citizenship” on 7/27/09.
The typical person would have only one vital record (singular) on file with the DOH that verifies both: an original birth certificate.
No vital record specifically verifies natural born American citizenship.
IIRC, you asserted that multiple vital records indicated that Obama must have an amended birth certificate and you further asserted that “filed by registrar” meant that his amended certificate had not yet been accepted by state and was probably pending approval. I believe you used Nevada’s documentation to support that claim, correct?
My point to Danae was that Okubo responded to someone’s direct request for index data on Obama’s amended certificate by saying that there were no records that met the request. And the birth index data showed only one entry for Obama.
