Forewarning: this brings down Dems and Repubs! He needs to go straight all the way because this goes to the top!...

Just saw a video clip of comments from the from the Hon. Maxine Waters using the term "scumbag" to describe members of Pres. Trump's cabinet. Because so few actual scumbags exist here in Texas, I'll have to rely on Rep. Waters' familiarity with them among her constituency to properly define the term.

Today is Washington's Birthday. He is a president that deserves honors and accolades. A man who refused to be king. And helped birth the most amazing political experiment in history. While we are contending for our own liberty, we should be very cautious not to violate the rights of conscience in others, ever considering that God alone is the judge of the hearts of men, and to him only in this case they are answerable. GEORGE WASHINGTON, letter to Benedict Arnold, Sep. 14, 1775 Nothing is a greater stranger to my breast, or a sin that my soul more abhors,...

Young America Foundation and the UCSB Republicans sponsored a lecture by author Ben Shapiro this evening. They overcame objections by the UCSB Black Students Union who attempted to cancel the lecture. Shapiro was well received by an overflow audience of over 700 students and community members with a modest line out the door. He spoke on a number of topics, emphasizing American greatness and opportunity. Seven police officers were seen outside the auditorium in case of protests. Shapiro last spoke at UCSB in 2013, has been banned from speaking engagements at other universities and was escorted off the CSU Los...

I was one of the lucky ones who predicted more than a year ago that Mr. Trump would be our new President. My prediction was based on his history and the fact that he wins at most things. And win he did, against all odds. What he did will be written about for generations. It is a new bright day in America and Americans have a great reason to be optimistic again, no matter what the liberal press tries to shovel your way. We may actually get our country back again! And 30 days into it, contrary to what the...

Anybody know what's up with Breitbart this morning? Search comes up "not found".

The specter of voter fraud hangs over our electoral process and undermines the legitimacy of our elected leaders. Partisans on one side see fraudsters cavorting with the communists under their beds. Partisans on the other side claim that there is no such thing because no one is in prison for it. The reality, as usual, is somewhere in the middle. American history is filled with stories of endemic voter fraud in corrupt political machines such as Tammany Hall in New York. Chicago was notorious for votes cast by dead people, leading to the slogan “Vote early and often.” The nation...

... and why should we care what he says?

A lot of people seem to be questioning President Trump’s mental health. This month, Representative Ted Lieu, a California Democrat, went so far as to say he was considering proposing legislation that would require a White House psychiatrist.

"I inherited a mess," he said, in a reference to the Obama administration's approach to foreign policy.

Before 1930, every Christian denomination opposed contraception. As a result, Whites were 36 percent of the world's population in 1900. The combined population of India and China today, is 36 percent of the world's population. The percentage of Whites in the world's population in 1900, was similar to the combined percentage of India and China to the world's population today. Western civilization in 1900, was not just dominant because of the West's science and technology. The West had demographic power, that gave Whites a majority in 3 continents (Europe, North America and Australia). Whites were a large minority in the...

Anyone else watch the Coal reg roll back signing at the White House? It was even more amazing than the press conference he gave earlier today. He showed a genuine common and human touch, the coal miners were moved, and said so, and Trump spread credit around for all. At the end, he turns to the coal Miners and says: "hey, you guys want to see the Oval Office?" they didn't know what to say and he says "Sure you do, come on along", and he takes the all in. A really genuine moment. Truly, today convinced me trump is...

1 @realDonaldTrump “Podesta saying bad things about the boss” from a President who wouldn’t know the truth if it slapped him in the face 2 For the record, I never said bad things about Hillary in the emails the Russians stole to help elect him POTUS

Seriously - I'm sick of reading news stories with the term 'Undocumented'. It's a deliberate act to change the nature of the story and brand people who break the laws as non-criminals. Someone needs to create an app that downloads news stories and replaces the term "Undocumented Immigrant" with "Illegal Alien" ... Back to my cave ...

I would like to have a section set up on the White House website where the public can ask questions directly to President Trump. So many times, I’ve wanted to ask questions that the media will not ask. I have bombarded the media to ask them, but usually get ignored. He or his staff could pick out the ones he wants to answer, once a week or so. We don’t want to see softball questions, but respectful questions and not the silly questions the media keeps asking. Twitter does not allow enough chars for a good question and answer session....

Five former US ambassadors to Israel claimed Wednesday that President Donald Trump’s choice for the position is unqualified, and they are urging senators to carefully consider the nomination. In a letter sent to members of the Foreign Relations Committee, the former diplomats said David Friedman has staked out “extreme, radical positions” and has derided the two-state solution as an “illusory” fix for a non-existent problem. “We believe the committee should satisfy itself that Mr. Friedman has the balance and the temperament required to represent the United States as ambassador to Israel,” they wrote. The committee is scheduled to meet Thursday...

Shall we review. 1. FBI clears Flynn of lying to the FBI and no charges will be filed. 2. NBC reports NO COLLUSION found between Trump and Russia. 3. NPR backtracks and says nothing illegal took place during the Flynn/Russian phone calls. 4. Chaffetz asked for the DOJ now under Sessions to put the IG on the leaks. 5. Several people have stated that these people are easy to find. And now WaPo article has to have these people running scared! Here it is! quote: Nine current and former officials, who were in senior positions at multiple agencies at the...

How do you think that ordinary Democrats are responding to all the anti-Trump violence? How have Democrats you know responded to the riots? How do they feel about Trump? Do they hate him?

This is sort of an update, requested by some, on my take on the developments of the last week or so. First, I have not been in contact with anyone at Team Trump. I think they have plenty to deal with. I am told my streams of contact still work, so they are just busy. Second, the rollout of the executive orders was not, contrary to some douchenozzle RINOs and know-it-all, inside-the-beltway pundits, "clumsy" or "poorly conceived." The fact is that ANY initiative as big as this is likely to be leaked the longer it germinated, and the more it...

Josh Letterman a correspondent with AP said, "John McCain's claim that Russia is trying to test the new Trump administration, they are not doing anything about the Russian spy ship THAT IS ILLEGAL and the pentagon has actually been downplaying this, saying look, they have freedom of navigation and we are not going to stop a ship that has that freedom. In the course of this report letterman tied it in with the resignation of Flynn Shep then began sputtering "I need to make one quick correction there MY FRIEND, uh you said they got rid of Flynn over the...
