Just saw a video clip of comments from the from the Hon. Maxine Waters using the term "scumbag" to describe members of Pres. Trump's cabinet. Because so few actual scumbags exist here in Texas, I'll have to rely on Rep. Waters' familiarity with them among her constituency to properly define the term.
Maxine’s new line should be...
“I’m Waters....
And this is my swamp”.

Maxine Waters needs to be sanctioned by the Congress for this crap. So one has to wonder when SOS Tillerson begins negotiating with another country, will he be shown more respect than he gets in his own country or will they automatically refer to him as Scumbag Tillerson?
