Trump has a proven track record of hiring the right people to get the job done right. And Trump just told Ryan that he just failed his first interview! In other words, you'd better find yourself another job because you have already proven that your performance has been lousy, so we will be looking for someone else who will do the job right.

Behind - and somewhat to the side of - the cameras trained on the 1992 New Hampshire Primaries. In a pre-internet age, TV news was the arena - and the gladiators were gloriously flawed. The film itself compiled from some pretty B-grade footage, is here uploaded from an old VHS recording. The quality is what it is - hope you enjoy it nonetheless.

We're always hearing from Hannity and others how many "umteen" million American's are unemployed right? Well, here's what we need to do ... Have a very good polling or investigative company determine what percentage of the unemployed are Democrats and percentage are Republicans/Conservatives. My guess is it's 70% plus democrats who are on the dole. When Shillary promises (in order to "buy" more votes) that people won't have to pay off student loans what she is basically saying is "We're going to confiscate the money from Republicans/Conservatives so you don't have to pay off your loans" because by and large...

The recent argument regarding softer tones on the border issue is driving me nuts. Trump is going to build the wall and enforce the law and deport as many illegal aliens as he possibly can! And end sanctuary cities. And try to end anchor babies. Just enforcing the law alone will cause millions of illegal aliens to leave. For crying out loud, when is the last time we had a president of EITHER PARTY willing to do anything at all about the borders? I think you'd have to go all the way back to Eisenhower. Government of Canada - 2016 Budget ^ | 26 August 2016 | Government of Canada
Introducing a Bank Recapitalization “Bail-in” Regime To protect Canadian taxpayers in the unlikely event of a large bank failure, the Government is proposing to implement a bail-in regime that would reinforce that bank shareholders and creditors are responsible for the bank’s risks—not taxpayers. This would allow authorities to convert eligible long-term debt of a failing systemically important bank into common shares to recapitalize the bank and allow it to remain open and operating. Such a measure is in line with international efforts to address the potential risks to the financial system and broader economy of institutions perceived as “too-big-to-fail”. The...
