Our city council took it upon themselves to approve an $8 Million Dollar "Loan" to a shadow LLC group building a hotel/conference center in the downtown area of Greeley, but never disclosed the loan to the public till after groundbreaking. A new citizen group is petitioning to get this on the ballot for voters to approve or disapprove, as should have been done in the first place.
