I heard this "theory" from a friend, and decided to throw it out to Free Republic. My friend (no proof) said that he believes Donald Trump is a Trojan Horse.... Trump's is only there to pull people away from the other campaigns of Cruz, Walker, Paul, etc.... in order to eliminate them. Then once it's down to Trump and Bush in the Primaries, then he will step down. Leaving us with Jeb Bush vs. Hillary Clinton. Warning - A petition worker came by yesterday to ask for our signatures and knew everyone's name in the household. We declined to sign. Later, Mr. b overheard one of the workers asking the other what happens if no one signs the petition. The guy told him that they write in the signatures themselves. Mr. b reported it to the elections office and to someone else in the courthouse. We'll wait until the petition is turned and to see if our names are on it and then report it to the county attorney. Ok so here's my take on ways that conservatives can take on gay marriage legally and reverse this aweful decision. #1. We can through the legislative process radically simplify the tax code so that it doesn't deal with marriage and is much simpler, also make it so that anyone can easily gain the power of atty, inheritance from anyone else. Marriage where it intersects with government would be separated, the government wouldn't have the motivation or the power to regulate marriage. Since it appears that the U.S. Supreme Court has no trouble legislating from the bench, the various State Attorney Generals should treat their rulings as if they are proposed amendments to the Constitution and refuse to obey them until ratified just as amendments are expected to be ratified. In fact, the Republican Congress should offer new amendments to the Constitution for each of these ridiculous rulings so they can fail miserably in the legislative process clearly displaying that what was ruled by the court has NO basis of legislative support whatsoever and should be treated as the nonsense they are....

Watching the Kelly File right now where she is breaking some news, discussing the Freddy Gray case. You all may remember the news article about Donta Allen stating that he heard Freddy Gray "trying to hurt himself" inside the van. Have we considered the impact on the Military on this whole gay marriage thing. When will military family housing be open to LGBT couples? Will married LGBT couples be allowed to co-habitate in bachelor dorms or on deployment? Will straight males be forced to co-habitate with homosexual roommates? What if a straight male feels uncomfortable about it?

I thought I would throw it out to the community since I know there are better legal minds than I here: "Since the basis of the ruling was using the 14th Ammendment, stating that since same-sex marriage was legal in some states, those laws needed to be consistent across states.
