A small plane, possibly a Cessna 172 or 182 crashed into the Brady Building in downtown on Tuesday. The plane is thought to belong to the Civil Air Patrol. However, the Civil Air Patrol (CAP) told the Alaska Dispatch News that no flights were sanctioned at the time of the crash. Only the pilot of the plane was killed. At the time of the crash, only two people were in the building at the time and neither one was near the infected area.
