ICE lawyer’s discrimination complaint details battles with Obama administrationThe Obama administration told federal immigration lawyers to release illegal immigrants with “old” drunken-driving convictions and those found guilty of stealing other people’s identities, according to a lawsuit filed by one of the lawyers at the center of the operation. Patricia M. Vroom, a top attorney for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Arizona, filed a 67-page discrimination complaint that details repeated battles with agency higher-ups who told her to close cases and not deport people whom President Obama deemed low-priority. Federal officials were particularly dismissive of identity theft convictions from Arizona,...

Two explosives were found near an Arizona bridge approximately 30 miles from the U.S. border with Mexico, according to a leaked report exclusively obtained by Breitbart Texas. The items were made from water gel commercial explosives and were ammonium nitrate based, according to the leaked official report from the Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC). The materials were found near Amado, Arizona by two Arizona Department of Transportation employees who were reportedly inspecting the bridge.

President Obama said once again that he won't wait on Congress to start making changes to America's immigration system. In an appearance Sunday on CBS' Face The Nation, Obama stood by his recent statements that he'll use executive action to enact changes before the end of the year, but told host Bob Schieffer that he still wants Congress to act on the issue, too. Everyone agrees, Obama said, that the U.S. doesn't have the capacity to deport 11 million people.

After surviving a primary challenge and winning a general election, Sen. Pat Roberts (R-KS) declared that he heard his "marching orders" from Kansas voters to be conservative. "I've heard my marching orders loud and clear," Roberts, a Marine veteran, said during his Tuesday evening victory speech. "I will be bold. I will be conservative. And I will be constructive." Roberts, who has been against amnesty legislation since the 1980s, survived his primary challenge against Milton Wolf because there was no daylight between Roberts and Wolf on illegal immigration....

President Obama will act on his own using his executive authority to enact immigration reform, according to White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest during the press briefing today. “The answer is yes, the president is going to take action,” Earnest said, when questioned about Obama’s motives on executive action in spite of warnings from Republicans that it would "poison the well" in negotiations with Congress. Earnest insisted that action on immigration reform would be good for the country, good for the economy, good for border security, good for immigrants, and good for business. The message of the election, Earnest explained,...

Most of the people the Border Patrol stopped from sneaking into the country last year were from countries other than Mexico, according to agency statistics, a shift that might have provided fodder for politicians leading up to Tuesday’s election. But they didn’t get much of a chance. The Border Patrol’s annual statistics were posted on the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Web site for about five hours on Oct. 10, then taken down. Now some are questioning whether that decision was an example of the Obama administration playing politics with public information. Even before Tuesday, the administration said it was...

--SNIP-- U.S. immigration attorneys say there has been a dramatic increase in the last year in the number of women and girls from Central America seeking asylum in the United States after having been kidnapped and raped, much like the women who are fleeing war in Africa. “We are seeing an exponential increase,” said Lindsay Toczylowski, a lawyer with Catholic Charities in Los Angeles. “It’s the evolution of gang warfare, what’s going on in Honduras and El Salvador.

President Barack Obama took a major gamble when he punted executive action on immigration earlier this fall to try and save red-state Senate Democrats – and it didn’t pay off. Vulnerable Senate Democrats who publicly opposed executive action, from Sen. Kay Hagan of North Carolina to Mark Pryor in Arkansas, weren’t spared from defeat by the delay. Instead, it may have well have hurt Democratic Sen. Mark Udall in purple Colorado, a state with a significant Latino electorate who voted the incumbent out. With steep Democratic losses, Obama is left with a Republican-controlled Senate, whose leaders are already warning Obama...

If you thought House Speaker John Boehner has had a miserable time trying to govern, wait until you see what incoming Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell is about to deal with. The Kentucky Republican achieved his lifelong dream on Tuesday night in a massive victory for his party, and is positioned to move into Sen. Harry Reid's ornate suite in the Capitol when the next Congress convenes on Jan. 3. But it is likely to be a short honeymoon. Texas Sen. Ted Cruz, the influential tea party firebrand, is poised to make life very difficult for the old-school Kentuckian by...

ABC News Chief White House Correspondent Jon Karl reported that according to WH officials “the president will move forward with an executive order on immigration reform “no matter how big a shellacking Democrats get tonight” during ABC’s Election coverage on Tuesday. Karl said “White House officials are saying that you can expect the president to set an aggressive, and defiant tone tomorrow."

(VIDEO-AT-LINK)Liberal MSNBC contributor Jimmy Williams said the “old white people” in the South who vote Republican are “going to die someday” and hopefully usher in a new era of Democratic rule in the region. Host Krystal Ball, a former failed Democratic congressional candidate, asked Williams whether white Southerners should just be written off by the party, but Williams said never, saying that since they are “for people” and Republicans aren’t, they would eventually win the day. “Mitt Romney only won South Carolina with 53 [percent], John McCain with 52,” he said. “That’s a changing South. Those old white people? They’re...

Mitt Romney is in "Never Never Land" regarding amnesty, Governor Palin told Breitbart News in an exclusive interview today. Romney caused a ruckus within conservative circles with remarks made earlier this morning to Fox News Sunday. Romney stated that if Republicans win back control of the Senate in next Tuesdays election, they would act to pass amnesty legislation. "We’re gonna get it done", Romney told Fox News host Chris Wallace."Where the heck have these GOP establishment types been during this election season? GOP Senate candidates are promising to do everything in their power to stop Obama’s lawlessness, including his unjust amnesty that Americans...

Please come to support stopping Obama's and Gov. Brown's open borders and failing to deport illegal aliens which are some of the reasons two officerS were shot dead on duty by an illegal alien with a criminal history last week. Please also pass on this request your local email lists and post to websites. Brown had the hubris to sign legislation this past Saturday to halt deportations of some illegal aliens (defacto amnesty) which of course is illegal as States do not have the power to make immigration policy. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/10/05/trust-act-signed_n_4050168.html This is an impromptu protest (not affiliated with any group)...

Thousands of family units that recently entered the United States illegally failed to appear before immigration judges between July 18 and October 7 of this year. Documents from the Executive Office of Immigration Review provided to the House Judiciary Committee this week and exclusively obtained by Breitbart News offer a brief snapshot into the failure of certain undocumented immigrants who've been released into the United States to appear in immigration court. According to the EOIR documents, in that two-and-a-half month period from mid-July to early October, immigration judges across the country rendered 3,885 decisions on removal cases dealing with “aliens”...

The deadly EV-D68 enterovirus epidemic, which struck thousands of kids this fall, was likely propelled through America by President Barack Obama’s decision to allow tens of thousands of Central Americans across the Texas border, according to a growing body of genetic and statistical evidence. The evidence includes admissions from top health officials that the epidemic included multiple strains of the virus, and that it appeared simultaneously in multiple independent locations. The question can be settled if federal researchers study the genetic fingerprint of the EV-D68 viruses that first hit kids in Colorado, Missouri and Illinois to see if they are...

REVEALED: THE TECH SECTOR'S PERMANENT CAMPAIGN FOR AMNESTY SANTA MONICA, California -- FWD.us, the immigration reform initiative founded by Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, plans to launch a massive political push in December to support President Barack Obama's planned executive action on immigration. On Tuesday evening, it brought roughly 100 entrepreneurs to a "mini-hackathon" at tech incubator Cross Campus as part of a nationwide push to support the president's strategy. Though FWD.us declares that its mission is "to advocate for policies that will make the American dream achievable in the 21st century economy," its main focus is immigration reform, which it...

The NAACP has been a hollow organization for a while. Its membership may or may not exist, but it’s so small that it represents a tiny fraction of African-Americans. ... There’s a reason why Obama took a pass at appearing before the NAACP. It’s a dying organization being kept alive as a front for various lefty causes that have nothing to do with black people or that black people oppose, like illegal immigration and gay rights, and because its legacy is useful to provide cover on voter fraud issues. Now the Democratic Party’s favorite anti-Semitic Nazi collaborator is helping the...

Original Title:Immigration Officer Union Sounds Alarm Over DHS Order for Millions of Blank Work Permits, Green Cards A union that represents thousands of federal immigration officers is raising alarm after the U.S. government ordered supplies to create millions of blank work permits and green cards, touching off speculation that the Obama administration may be preparing executive action on immigration. The Associated Press reported last week that the new federal contract proposal from the Homeland Security Department would allow the government to buy enough supplies to make as many as 34 million immigrant work permits and residency cards over the next...

A union of federal immigration-law-enforcement workers issued a statement “pleading” for the American people to pressure Congress to block President Obama’s expected executive orders on immigration. The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services union president wrote of “constant violations to the Immigrant and Nationality Act” in his letter. “This statement is intended for the public: if you care about your immigration security and your neighborhood security, you must act now to ensure that Congress stops this unilateral amnesty. Let your voice be heard and spread the word to your neighbors,” wrote union president Kenneth Palinkas. “We who serve in our...
