The northern Italian city of Padua has started removing the names of non-biological gay mothers from their children’s birth certificates under new legislation passed by the “traditional family-first” government of Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni. These birth certificates belong to 33 children of Italian women who underwent artificial insemination abroad and then registered their children under the city’s center-left government, led by Sergio Giordani, in 2017. The prosecutor’s office in Padua confirmed to CNN that, as of Thursday, 27 mothers had been removed from 27 birth certificates.

The university named for Our Lady betrays the Catholic faith.SOUTH BEND, Indiana (LifeSiteNews) — Catholic University of Notre Dame says it is officially supporting “Pride Month.”“Happy #PrideMonth! We celebrate all LGBTQ+ identities and reaffirm our commitment to being a welcoming, safe and supportive place for ALL members of the Notre Dame family,” the official account of the university tweeted on June 1. “We see you. We’re glad you’re here. You are an important member of our community.” The support for homosexuality and transgenderism is in direct opposition to the teachings of the Catholic Church. Ukrainian accounts on social media are chattering excitedly this morning about activity in Kherson, the southern province that Russia has occupied since the start of the war. Ukraine’s government spent the last month warning that a counteroffensive to liberate the province was coming. Very soon. Any time now. Could be tomorrow! Could be the next hour! Tick tock.Time is not on Russia’s side in this war, as they’re running out of men and munitions and are unwilling to risk the political backlash that would come if they instituted a national draft. But time isn’t on Ukraine’s side either. Winter is...

TOPEKA, Kan. (AP) - LGBTQ-rights advocates warned Kansas legislators Tuesday that their discussion of a proposed ban on transgender students in girls’ and women’s school sports would lead to bullying, and one group promised to sue the state if such a law is enacted. The state Senate Education Committee had a hearing on a bill backed by some athletes, Republican lawmakers and conservative groups. It would apply to K-12 school and college sports. Supporters portrayed it as an attempt to ensure competition remains fair and that girls and woman aren’t deprived of scholarships and other opportunities in sports. (Please see...

John Kasich on Friday was pressed by a man in California to answer whether or not he believed people are born gay. "Do you believe that some people are born gay?" asked Kelly Bryan, 62, of San Francisco, who attended the Commonwealth Club of California event where Kasich was the featured guest. He later described himself as a Democrat who plans to vote for Hillary Clinton. "Please respond without prayer being an answer." Kasich first tried to dodge an answer. "I'm not gonna get into all the analysis of this or that, I'm not gonna do that," he said. As...

In his excellent and prophetic book Trousered Apes, Professor Duncan Williams documented extensively the banishment of God from society in the West and said that as a result, "the Western world and its culture is saturated with violence and animalism....We are teaching savagery and are naively appalled at the success of our instruction." Professor Williams continues, "What shocks an audience today will be acceptable tomorrow and thus the contemporary dramatist [or reality show producer, my note] is constantly impelled to seek further excesses to gratify a warped taste which he has himself implanted in the public mind....The whole modern cult...

South Africa's Archbishop Desmond Tutu on Friday said he'd rather go to "the other place" than worship a "homophobic" God, according to BBC News. The Nobel peace laurete's comments came during the Friday launch of "Free & Equal," the United Nation's (UN) first global public education campaign on lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender rights. Violence toward these communities is relatively common in South Africa, even though same-sex partnerships have been legalized, said the BBC. An anti-apartheid hero in South Africa, Tutu told listeners in Cape Town: "I am as passionate about this campaign as I ever was about apartheid," reported...

The Queen James Bible, the Gay Bible by Matt SlickThe Queen James Bible, also known as the Gay Bible, is a new assault on biblical orthodoxy and sexual purity.  This is to be expected in a world of moral relativism.  In it, the 1769 King James Bible has been reproduced with only a very few select verses altered - the ones that relate to homosexuality.  Those verses are listed below and analyzed.  I hope you will see that the Queen James Bible is a perversion of the original text and is the result of obvious prejudices against the original Hebrew and...

BERKELEY, Calif. — The Berkeley City Council will consider a resolution that would declare the Army private suspected of leaking classified information to WikiLeaks a hero and call for his release. The council plans a vote Tuesday on the resolution in support of Pfc. Bradley Manning, who is being held in a military brig in Virginia. A city commission already has approved it. Bob Meola, who authored the resolution, tells the San Francisco Chronicle that Manning is a patriot who deserves a medal. Federal officials have criticized the leaks, saying they could endanger lives.

You have filled your administration with people who hold the most outrageous, insane, and frightening views on everything from our climate to our animals and worst of all, the sexuality of our children.... Quite possibly the worst of all is Kevin Jennings, your so-called Safe Schools Czar. That you have given this man the task of making our public schools “safe” for students to learn is stunning. Jennings has a view of “health” and “safety” for our kids that is shockingly corrupt and devoid of morality and you gave him the job. I am unutterably sick to death of the...
  • Bishop V. Gene Robinson: Where is the Christian perspective on health care?

Health care is in the news — but you have to wonder where all the Christians are. This is one of the biggest issues facing our country and our people, yet no one seems to be bringing a Christian voice or tone to that debate. Have you noticed? During the presidential campaign, there was much talk about the 50 million or so who have no health care insurance, many of whom who forgo care altogether and then wind up in emergency rooms with more serious, more fully developed illnesses than would have been the case had they sought preventive care....

WHITINSVILLE, Mass. — Twenty years after he met the love of his life, nearly five years after their wedding helped make history, it took a nasty bout of pneumonia for Gary Chalmers to fully appreciate the blessings of marriage. “I was out of work for eight weeks, spent a week in the hospital,” Chalmers said. “That was the first time I really felt thankful for the sense of the security we had, with Rich there, talking with the physicians, helping make decisions...it really made a difference.” At stake was the most basic recognition of marital bonds — something most spouses...

This past Wednesday evening, March 11, renowned conservative author and columnist Don Feder came to the University of Massachusetts Amherst, sponsored by the UMass Republican Club, to give a speech on "Hate Crimes -- Fighting Bias With Fascism" - the myth of hate crimes and the liberals who propagate the laws targeting them. It promised to be an illuminating event. But the college homosexual activists decided that he shouldn't be allowed to speak. They boldly announced that they intended to disrupt the event, and campus police responded requiring the UMass Republican Club to pay $600.00 to hire 5 policemen to...

The one time in history when homosexual "marriage" was practiced was … during the days of Noah. And according to Satinover, that's what the "Babylonian Talmud" attributes as the final straw that led to the Flood. But, he said, the Talmud's writings reveal that "before the Flood people started to write marriage contracts between men, in other words, homosexual 'marriage,' which is more than homosexual activity – it's giving an official state stamp of approval, a sanctification … of homosexual partnership." In fact, he said, "the writings indicated that it wasn't even so much the 'straw that broke the camel's...

Will Rudolph Giuliani be a heavyweight presidential contender in 2008? Some of his enemies evidently think so. They have already begun to raise the alarm. One early entry is "Giuliani Time," a newly released documentary film that aims to land a pre-emptive blow. The title gives the game away even before the start. "It's Giuliani time" is the phrase said to have been uttered by a New York City policeman as he sodomized Abner Louima, a Haitian immigrant, with a broomstick in a Brooklyn precinct house in 1997. ...Within the film itself, the director Kevin Keating has lined up a...

WEST PALM BEACH (FBW)–Palm Beach County Commissioners voted unanimously Jan. 10 to create a county-wide registry of domestic partners. Unmarried couples, including homosexual partners, may sign up to receive “visitation rights and decision-making abilities,” according to the Palm Beach Post. Couples may pay a $50 enrollment fee to make them eligible to make decisions for each other on health care and funerals and burials, and also make “family” visits in jails and hospitals. Couples must prove partnership through documents showing common home ownership, address and credit card accounts. Palm Beach County is the second Florida county to create a domestic...

Pro-Family Leader Doubts Sincerity of Senator's New Hate Crimes Legislation StanceBy Chad Groening December 16, 2005(AgapePress) - A Virginia-based pro-family activist is skeptical about Senator George Allen's recent announcement that he no longer supports hate crimes legislation that includes "sexual orientation" as a protected status category. In 2004 Allen voted in favor of a bill that added sexual orientation to the federal Hate Crimes Act, but recently he said he is reversing his previous position and will not support the measure this time. Joe Glover, president of the Family Policy Network, says he welcomes the senator's announcement but has...

About 100 teenagers — armed with ear-splitting screams and hand-lettered signs — rallied Saturday in Westwood in support of marriage for same-sex couples. "It's important for everyone to be able to live the way they want to," said Kate Heller, 16, a student at Winward School in West Los Angeles. Two teens from Winward's new Gay-Straight Alliance, Sarah Freed, 17, and Joe Goldman, 14, organized the Federal Building rally, which drew students, gay and straight, from high schools across Orange, Ventura and Los Angeles counties, along with parents, teachers and a fluffy white poodle. John Duran, mayor of West Hollywood,...
