Earlier this month, the U.K.’s National Health Service released the Cass Review, a report that urged Great Britain to pump the breaks on the experimental, sterilizing treatments marketed as “gender affirming care.” By contrast, earlier this week, the U.S. Department of Education issued its new Title IX regulations, which require public schools to facilitate a school-to-sterilization pipeline.
According to the Biden administration, Title IX of the Civil Rights Act now requires schools to treat students who suffer, or claim to suffer, from gender dysphoria as though they were the opposite sex. As the Cass Review argues, this is essentially a medical intervention. If you require teachers and students to treat a girl who thinks she is a boy as though she were a boy, you increase the likelihood that she will persist in that belief. The longer she does, the more likely she is to seek sterilizing hormone treatments and mutilating surgical interventions.
This is what Moms for Liberty called “grooming” back in 2021. At the time, the media compared this reaction with QAnon accusations of elite pedophile rings. But parental-rights activists pointed out that the description fit the stated position of major educational organizations. The National Education Association, for example, had passed a resolution declaring that teachers could influence children’s gender identity and ought to have total legal freedom to do so. And the organization behind the CDC-endorsed National Sex Education Standards is named SEICUS: Sex Ed for Social Change. If influencing children’s gender and sexuality to advance a social agenda isn’t grooming, what is it? Last weekend, Bill Maher offered liberals another term for this practice: entrapment.

It is time to trash the Federal Dept of Ed and every regulation that comes from it. Education is best handled by and within the states, with no federal meddling. Conservatives should not think they will improve things in the long run by keeping and using the federal Department of Ed powers differently. That power itself is the harm.

All it takes to fix this crap is for one State to MANDATE all Federal Employee’s and Officers of the Court in their State send their minor children to the Public School System for their primary education, All acts of Non Compliance and the children are REMOVED from the family home and put in to Foster Care so they can receive a Proper Education.

Everything politicians have control over becomes part of their game. That’s why you should want government as small as possible, decentration, private business running these services, and a customer who is paying you in control. When government runs things like your health care today, you still pay, but you no longer have control.
Meaning gender fluidity, which renders such to be a Protected Class, based upon feelings and practices, not non-moral aspects such as race, color, etc.

A ‘Presidential rule’ is not law. That said, it’ll be a thin veil for forcing perversion onto kids by the eager-to-implement *government* school system (note: I *never* say ‘public’ school system).
This is GOVERNMENT IMPOSED IDEOLOGY. Nothing less. It is the reverse result of taking God out of the classroom. Now the ideology that is the residual of ‘no God’ is imposed onto kids - under the banner of ‘not religion’.
There is no such thing as ‘irreligious’ - there’s only ideology from religion, in various forms, or that which is derived from no religion...which is no different.
Your ground-up ideology taught to kids will drive the behavior of your culture. We are CLEARLY off track.
It’s as though the globe needs to have a ‘results of ideology’ decision. God or no God being a basis of culture and law? If no God, how can you logically define morals, ethics, and by extension law? If God, from which religion? Why? What is the ‘means to an end’? And what is the end?

Respectfully to freeper parents, if concerned, hopeful Trump 47 parents were making sure that their local schools are teaching their children the federal government's constitutionally limited powers as the drafters of the Constitution had intended for those powers to understood, then children would be able to give great hope to their oppressed parents concerning unconstitutional Title IX with the following analysis.
First, if corrupt Congress had removed likewise corrupt OBiden from office by now, either for a number of impeachable offenses imo, or under the 25th Amendment, then OBiden wouldn't be shoving unconstitutional Title IX down our throats. So patriot voters need to give worthless Congress the boot in November along with OBiden.

Regarding what the public schools are teaching, not only had both President Thomas Jefferson, in a State of the Union address, also Justice Joseph Story, indicated that the states have never expressly constitutionally given the federal government the specific power to dictate, regulate, tax and spend in the name of INTRAstate schooling, but probably most of the vote-buying Civil Rights Act of 1964 (CRA64) and its titles are unconstitutional imo.

Importantly, note that any "federal" funding that OBiden Administration threatens schools with for non-compliance with Title IX are arguably state revenues (citizen's wallets) that should never have left the states in the first place. The federal government, facilitated by its abuse (imo) of repealable 16th Amendment powers (direct taxes), steals state revenues and citizen's wallets by means of unconstitutional federal taxes, taxes that Congress cannot reasonably justify under its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers and a few other constitutionally enumerated expenses.

Regarding CRA64 and its titles, the only race and sex-based personal protections that the states have amended the Constitution to expressly protect limits the laws that the federal government can make on these social concerns to the context of voting rights problems, evidenced by the 15th and 19th Amendments.

The key question is this parents. What is your threshold of "pain" to support Trump with a new patriot Congress so that he won't be a lame duck president from the first day of his second term in office, the new Congress also supporting Trump to quickly finish draining the swamp.
