Army Brigadier General Martin P. Schweitzer received a "memoranda of concern" following a lurid set of emails between him and another general, according to documents obtained by The Washington Post. A massive cargo plane bound for McConnell Air Force Base in Wichita, Kan., from New York City landed at the wrong airport late Wednesday and is now temporarily stuck there. The Boeing 747 LCF Dreamlifter took off from John F. Kennedy International Airport at 7:26 p.m. and was cleared to land at McConnell, but instead landed at the much smaller Jabara Airport about 10 miles north.
