Trump announced Tuesday that he will not participate the debate in Des Moines because of a feud with moderator Megyn Kelly, of Fox News. Three members of a Mission family are facing criminal charges after allegedly going after their teenage daughter's boyfriend with a loaded rifle and a baseball bat. Mission police arrested Baldomero Cortes, his wife Ana Maria Cortes and their son Artemio Cortes on Sunday afternoon.
