Patrick Klaypenh told police the dispute began after he got off a train early May 10 at the LBJ-Skillman Station and was approached by Curtis Langrum, who asked if he could borrow Klaypenh’s lighter. Texas cops last night arrested a 13-year-old girl in connection with a viral video showing her attacking a classmate who was holding a small child in her lap.
