A man was shot and killed in Dallas by Garland police early this morning at the end of a chase. According to Garland police, a Garland officer was attempting to make a traffic stop involving a Ford pickup just before 2 a.m. near Centerville and Kingsley Roads. Mexico's foreign minister has reassigned Consul General Enrique Hubbard while the investigation continues.
