Tuesday morning, the front page of ESPN.com — which has long been the most valuable piece of Internet real estate in all of sports — featured a story on the baseball exploits of ex-NFL quarterback Tim Tebow. According to the article, more than two-thirds of all MLB teams apparently have at least some interest in the Heisman Trophy winner, who last played baseball in high school — where he was an all-state selection in Florida. ADVERTISING Just how did ESPN manage to land this scoop? Let’s break it down. Here’s the first line of the report: Tim Tebow is scheduled...

KIRSTEN POWERS, CNN: I guess I have to ask why is there any concern about her health? And the only reason there is any concern about her health is because Donald Trump has sort of started his trutherism on Hillary Clinton's health. There's nothing to suggest she doesn't have stamina. I mean, honestly, I don't even know if I could do the schedule that she keeps. There's nothing to suggest that she has any kind of problems with her stamina, with her health, with her mental health. CAMEROTA: Well, she had that fall. I mean, this is the thing. She...

People all over the world mail their broken iPhones to microsoldering specialist Jessa Jones. Aided by powerful microscopes and precision soldering irons, experts like Jessa pluck tiny chips off logic boards, swap them for new ones, and resurrect devices over which AppleÂ’s Genius Bar would say a eulogy.Jessa can fix practically anything. But these days, she spends most of her time fixing just one thing. Because every single month, more and more iPhone 6 and (especially) 6 Plus devices show up at her shop, iPad Rehab, with the same problem: a gray, flickering bar at the top of the display...

Update 2:45 p.m: Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump’s plane landed in Austin a little after 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, kicking off a campaign swing through the capital of Texas. Meantime, lines had begun forming hours earlier outside ACL Live at Moody Theater in downtown Austin, where Trump will tape a two-hour special with Fox News personality Sean Hannity that will air over two nights. Protesters and Trump supporters sparred as the line grew blocks long, with opponents chanting “Love trumps hate” and waving signs that included “Hill yes” and “Inbreds 4 Trump.” “You must be on welfare if you love Hillary,”...

iPhone fans are not going to like hearing this, but Samsung's Galaxy Note7 (yes, there's no space) is the best smartphone money can buy right now. I don't make that statement lightly. I've been a devout iPhone user who has owned four iPhones as his main everyday-carry phone for the last six years. Against all odds, Samsung has made the most impressive smartphone ever created.

Hillary Clinton stepping off plane in Nantucket in a coat with what looks like a cane edited out for good measure.

AKRON, Ohio (Reuters) - Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump urged the Justice Department on Monday to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate if donors to the Clinton Foundation got special treatment from the State Department when it was run by his Democratic rival, Hillary Clinton. Trump made the appeal at a rally before thousands of cheering supporters in Akron, Ohio, as he tries to rebound from a slide in national opinion polls with little more than two months to go until the Nov. 8 election. Trump accused former President Bill Clinton and his wife of turning the Clinton Foundation charity...

SUMMARY Half of Android users are stuck on software platforms from 2013 or earlier. This translates into a performance pitfall and major security flaw for Android users. As a result, Google is at risk to a major security breach, resulting in a exodus of users to Apple's iOS platform. Google's (NASDAQ:GOOG) (NASDAQ:GOOGL) Android 7.0 is finally here! It looks smooth and makes several improvements, but does it actually matter? Most Android users won't see this update for quite some time, as Android updates typically have a very slow adoption rate. Demonstrated below, half of Android users are running their devices...

At a recent Donald Trump rally, Millie Weaver discovers that a significant number of attendees are democrats who have become Donald Trump supporters. It's becoming very apparent that many registered Democrats support Donald Trump over Hillary Clinton despite mainstream media's attempt to demonize Donald Trump while desperately propping-up Hillary Clinton. (GOOD STUFF!!!)

The images tell a heartbreaking story: Zika’s calamitous attack on the brains of babies — as seen from the inside. With a macabre catalog of brain scans and ultrasound pictures, a new study details the devastation done to 45 Brazilian babies whose mothers were infected with Zika during pregnancy. The study, published Tuesday in the journal Radiology, is the most comprehensive collection of such images so far, and it reveals a virus that can launch assaults beyond microcephaly, the condition of unusually small heads that has become the sinister signature of Zika. Most of the babies in the study were...

Six scientists are close to wrapping up a year of near isolation in a Mars simulation on a Hawaii mountain. The scientists are housed in a dome on Mauna Loa and can go outside only in spacesuits, the Hawaii Tribune-Herald reported. They manage limited resources while conducting research and working to avoid personal conflicts. Communication is delayed the 20 minutes, the length it would take to relay messages from Mars. Kim Binsted, principal investigator for the Hawaii Space Exploration Analog and Simulation, said this simulation is the second-longest of its kind after a mission that lasted 520 days in Russia....

Rand Paul made a plea to his fellow libertarian-leaning voters: Don’t throw away your vote on a third-party candidate and allow Hillary Clinton to become president. The Kentucky senator slammed the Clintons at a Rotary Club in Maysville, Ky. on Thursday. “We have now a comparison between Hillary Clinton and her husband who have grown rich off of government service, selling themselves, and selling their speeches,” Paul said. “Bill Clinton made a million dollars talking to a Russian bank that was negotiating the purchase of a uranium company in North America, who had to approve that? Hillary Clinton.” “Bill Clinton...

Doctors diagnosed him with hypersensitivity pneumontitis, or HP, a rare disease of the lungs. HP is the result of an allergic reaction to mold, fungus, dust or other substances a patient breathes. As a result, the tiny spaces in the lungs between the air sacs, airways and blood vessels become inflamed, and breathing can be severely impaired. Typical triggers for HP include exposure to birds or household mold caused by excessive water damage, but the patient had no history of either. Nor did he have a history of smoking. Doctors prescribed the steroid prednisolone and the immunosuppressive drug azathioprine, but...

Republican Donald Trump has a 15-point advantage over Democrat Hillary Clinton in Utah, 39 percent to 24 percent, as the two fight for the White House, according to a poll released Tuesday. Libertarian nominee Gary Johnson gets 12 percent support among likely voters in the Public Policy Polling (PPP) survey, followed by independent candidate Evan McMullin, at 9 percent. Pollsters found Trump’s lead grows to 20 points, 53 percent to 33 percent, when he faces Clinton one-on-one. The highly unusual presidential race between Clinton and Trump has redrawn the electoral map this year. Previously safe GOP states are in play,...

The national NAACP issued a statement Monday in response to a group of armed protesters calling themselves White Lives Matter, who held “a brief protest” Sunday in front of a local NAACP office in Houston, Texas. “Yesterday, a small group of white supremacists, armed with automatic weapons and waving confederate battle flags, held a brief protest outside our office in Texas,” the National NAACP said in a statement on its website. According to the Houston Chronicle, the White Lives Matter group waved Confederate flags and were armed with automatic weapons. …

According to a Kaiser Health News report, using puberty suppressing drugs not only prevents children from developing secondary sex characteristics, it also can make it far easier for transgender teens to “fit in.” […] The article notes that there is some disagreement within the medical community as to when it is appropriate to start a child on puberty blocking medication. “A study in 2008 found that 43 percent of very young children who experienced gender dysphoria no longer felt that way after adolescence,” the article says. …
