For those that haven’t heard, the Article 5 Amendment Convention petition has been introduced in the PA Senate by Sens. EICHELBERGER, VOGEL, WAGNER, WHITE, ARGALL AND

Proud of my State Senator today.

Six states have already passed resolutions: IN, FL, TN, AL, TN & AK.

Getting PA to pass a resolution would put some serious momentum into the movement.

Our RINO senator Toomey voted FOR the Amnesty laden DHS bill.
We need to work to see that this tool is primaried away in the Spring. I would love to see Glen Meakem challenge him.

It could happen, Salem carries Dennis Miller on a lot of their stations. (He’ll jest “calm down Salem listeners” anytime he strays into any blue territory)

Just the first of long 4 years of leftist actions that Governor Hippie will be taking.

Let’s hope the purportedly more conservative GOP Legislature will slap his administration down at every turn. Hopefully, there will be better success overcoming the Philly area RINOs (yet another reason to for everything west of the Susquehanna to secede)

I think so, Santorum won until he PO’d the Conservative base by backing Specter. He never recovered after that.

I think Glen Meakem would be the guy. He’s definitely a Conservative, could whip Toomey to a pulp in any debate and has the $$$ to make the run. I sent him emails in the past encouraging him to primary Toomey back during his gun control nonsense.

Oh, I’m sure he didn’t. 2 years ago when I called his office to protest Boehner’s election then, his staffer was totally perplexed by my position.

And now for today’s laugh.
I emailed my RINO rep. Mike Kelly protesting any vote to retain Boehner as speaker. Read his hilarious response below:

The House Republican Conference re -elected Speaker Boehner by voice vote on November 13, 2014. The only nominees on the ballot were Speaker John Boehner and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi. Why did Corbett lose? It’s hard to get behind a guy who won’t fight. I voted for Corbett but you’ll have to pardon me for not wasting money or time on his campaign. After the gay marriage cave in, I called his office and told them I was done actively supporting a quitting loser.

So just to review, lets just look at the list of what we were promised by a Corbett administration:

1. Voter ID - passed late, stopped by judge, Corbett gives up refusing to fight further
2. Reallocate Electoral College votes by congressional district instead of overall to curb Philly fraud - Corbett gives up after whining by RINOs
3. Privatize State Stores - Corbett unwilling to go the mat against obstructing RINOs
4. No tax increases - Corbett caves to RINOs wanting to throw around PennDOT cash
5. State Pension Crisis - Corbett unwilling to go to the mat against union tool obstructing RINOs
6. Gay Marriage - activist ruling by Judge authorizes, Corbett gives up refusing to fight further

So I donate money and vote for Corbett and I don’t get anything I supported and my taxes go up OR I keep my money and have the democrat win and wind up with the same result. At least I have the money in my pocket for the new taxes.

The next battle has to be to primary those eastern RINOs.

Or better yet, let everyone west of the Susquehanna secede from Philadelphia. It’s about 230 years overdue.

All the more reason for everything west of the Susquehanna to go it alone. Time to secede from Philadelphia (and its RINOS)

Conservatives aren’t battered wives anymore, get over it, get out of the way.

Depends on the frequency, power, state of repair etc.

compare the signal WJAS at 1320Mhz with 7kw to a station like WPIT at 730Mhz and 5kw. WPIT has a fantastic signal all over. Its further down the dial even with less power but is a fantastically maintained station which is not the case for many AMs

Clear Channel is highly leveraged and a deck of cards waiting to collapse by all indications. I doubt they have the cash to pick up another station, especially in market #25. There have to be 45 stations for a company to own 8 stations (no more than 5 of the 8 being FM or AM). They currently own 5 FM and 1 AM so they could technically do it. It is possible though that they may be desperate to keep Rush from going back to KDKA which would probably put them back to #1. Everything Clear Channel does in Pittsburgh is designed to keep DVE on top so that they can charge the highest ad $. They really don’t do this by making DVE better, just by making sure that everything else in the market stays stale by comparison. Gotta love those new FCC rules.

But will they block Wolf? There’s been enough RINOs from the eastern side of the state to block any kind of real reform for decades. They’re too busy pushing smoking bans and the like.

To be fair, you have to admit that Rothfus has been very under the radar these last two years but how visible can a conservative rep be under the horrible boehner regime?

Seriously though, it is time for a movement to split PA somewhere around the Susquehanna.
