The report says “provisional Deaths”. Not sure if that makes any difference.
However, it also says “Provisional death counts deliver our most complete and accurate picture of lives lost to COVID-19. They are based on death certificates, which are the most reliable source of data and contain information not available anywhere else, including comorbid conditions, race and ethnicity, and place of death.”
I will be going to church as well. I will also be bringing back communion for my elderly father, which I do every week.
He is a retired physician and very religious. Even at 93, he is not concerned about the virus. After being through many epidemics, two wars and many years of treating the sick he is knows what the correct and reasonable response should be.
And, as he says, he is ready to join mom in heaven anyway.
