Suggested Bible Based Christian Church Gay Wedding Ceremony… We gather today under threat of legal prosecution and persecution… to unite Adam and Steve legally in a union they call “marriage” but in fact is a mockery of God’s most sacred sacrament. God created marriage, man did not... for one man and woman only. So though required by law… this union cannot be blessed by God. As a counsel to the participants, I ask them to accept as Savior our Lord Jesus Christ… and seek His ways and repent of this abomination forced upon this church. (vows now to be spoken...

Donald Trump’s not worried about hearing ‘you’re fired’ — and he’s not about to backtrack on his beliefs. Right after NBC cut all ties with him, the presidential candidate was already in a press conference, and revealed that even though NBC doesn’t agree, he still stands by the controversial remarks on Mexican immigrants. Following being dropped by NBC on June 29, Donald Trump, 69, revealed that he was not going to backtrack and that NBC was actually just mad that he was running for president. The network announced that they were ending their entire business relationship with Donald Trump, dropping...

My new friend, Scott Davis, posted his yesterday on Facebook. I couldn't have said it better and I wanted everyone to read it. I posted it yesterday on a few different threads and it seemed to be well received.I'm not by any means a disrespectful or hateful person, I accept everyone's right to live as they choose free from harm or violence, but if I see one more LGBT flag I may very well burn it. Not only does it symbolize everything I innately detest, the applauded rejection of reason and God's grace, but my own children are incessantly subjected...

Jack Carter, whose brash, caustic comedy made him a star in early television and helped him sustain a career of more than a half-century in TV, nightclubs, movies and on stage, died of respiratory failure at his Beverly Hills, California, home, a family spokesman said. Carter turned 93 just four days before he died Sunday, Jeff Sanderson said. In 1948, when network television was beginning, Carter starred in a series of variety shows on ABC. In 1950, Pat Weaver, the visionary NBC programmer who fostered the "Today" and "Tonight" shows and other innovations, scheduled two hours of programming called "Saturday...

Ten Fold: Loopy Lew dumps founder for feminism by Daniel Clark So this is what we get from a Treasury secretary who has to learn how to write his own name as part of his on-the-job training. When Jack Lew was appointed, his signature consisted of a lazily scribbled series of eight loops, which more closely resembled a tragic Slinky accident than any person’s name. The only way it came anywhere near spelling a word was if he happened to be quoting Arnold Horshack. (“Oooo! Oooo!”) President Obama joked that when he saw it, “I considered rescinding my offer to...

Since it appears that the U.S. Supreme Court has no trouble legislating from the bench, the various State Attorney Generals should treat their rulings as if they are proposed amendments to the Constitution and refuse to obey them until ratified just as amendments are expected to be ratified. In fact, the Republican Congress should offer new amendments to the Constitution for each of these ridiculous rulings so they can fail miserably in the legislative process clearly displaying that what was ruled by the court has NO basis of legislative support whatsoever and should be treated as the nonsense they are....

Six people were arrested and charged with criminal trespass Sunday after heckling Joel Osteen, pastor of Lakewood Church. Houston's ABC News Affiliate reports the disruption began following the praise and worship. "The praise and worship was good. His wife had just delivered a quick message. And the moment he started to preach, somebody gets up and they yell, 'Joel Osteen,' you're a liar,'" said Anwar Richardson who posted a video to Twitter of one of the arrests. Richardson, his wife, and son were visiting from Austin, Texas. With thoughts of the June 17 shooting at Charleston, South Carolina's Mother Emanuel...

Commenting on the White House being illuminated on Friday with gay-rainbow lights to celebrate homosexual marriage, Rev. Franklin Graham said it was "outrageous" and a "slap in the face" to millions of Americans who support real marriage, and added that because God gave the rainbow sign to Noah following the flood, it is an image forever "associated with His judgment" and a sign of "God's judgment to come." Franklin Graham, son of world-renowned pastor Billy Graham, further said that "one day God is going to judge sin -- all sin" and "only those who are found righteous will be able...

The FBI and Department of Homeland Security issued a bulletin Friday warning of heightened concerns over potential terrorist attacks during the holiday weekend. Greece has threatened to seek a court injunction against the EU institutions, both to block the country's expulsion from the euro and to halt asphyxiation of the banking system. “The Greek government will make use of all our legal rights,” said the finance minister, Yanis Varoufakis. “We are taking advice and will certainly consider an injunction at the European Court of Justice. The EU treaties make no provision for euro exit and we refuse to accept it. Our membership is not negotiable,“ he told the Telegraph.

Nearly a month after news broke of a massive breach at the Office of Personnel Management -- and three weeks after first denying, then admitting, that security clearance information was stolen -- OPM has shut down its electronic background check system. The agency said the move is a proactive step, not a reaction to another hack. In a June 29 alert posted on OPM's website, the agency says, "The [Electronic Questionnaires for Investigations Processing] e-QIP system will be down for an extended period of time for security enhancements." There was no word on how background checks would be handled with...

The attack Friday at a Tunisian beach resort killed at least 18 Britons, but officials said Monday the actual number was likely to be 30. That would make it by far the deadliest terrorist attack on Britons since the London transport bombings 10 years ago. Yet it was just one of three terrorist attacks on three continents that followed one another in frightening succession last week. While it is not yet known whether the attacks were linked, they have left officials in numerous countries concerned about how to keep their citizens safe. Not long after that, a bomb ripped through...

Next year will mark the centennial of the U.S. National Park Service. In the 100 years since it was established, the national parks have become one of America’s most popular federal programs. Now, marine scientists and conservationists want to do for the oceans what the National Park Service did for the land. When the National Park Service was proposed, “it was a really crazy notion,” said Jane Lubchenco, prominent marine scientist and former administrator of NOAA, to an audience at the Aspen Ideas Festival. “It was so far from people’s thinking that wilderness was important to protect in and of...
