First, define the parameters of each culture, Dear United Nations. Do it without asking for anyone else’s money, though, please. Defining the limits of what each culture will allow should keep you guys busy for several years.
Next, define who can be a member of each culture found on the planet. You’ll spend another decade doing that.
Then come up with ways to prevent anyone from one culture ever using a word, gesture, thought, or article of clothing from another culture. And how properly to punish them when they do.
Last, come up with a ruling politburo, who is not allowed any culture at all for themselves, to enforce and decree within your ranks, making sure they dye their skin and hair an unnatural shade of blue, and eating only protein powder and water. They will have no access to the Internet or any media other than three or four specially written neutrality books. They should only wear clothing from an artificial fabric that wraps around them in a way no one has ever done before. The only body parts exposed should be their privates. I will allow the Esperanto language to be spoken amongst them even though that is technically a temporal appropriation from a prior generation of progressive thought.
At that point, I am all for it.

im a big fan pf fusion cuisine. taco bar at dim sum, green chili pho, collard greens and chimichurri steak, etc. noodles are very generic and mix well with many meat sauces.

No one in the history of the planet is more racially obsessed than the modern left in the western world today.
Everyone is to dress, eat, and act only in a manner appropriate to his ethnic or ethnoreligious group. All lesser people are to dress so as to be easily identifiable as to their ethnic affiliation. Entertainment is to be strictly segregated so that members of one group cannot see, hear, or appreciate the arts and entertainment of any other group. All groups art to live in ethnically pure neighborhoods in order to reduce cultural appropriation and may only vote for political candidates of their own ethnicity. None of this, of course, applies to the ruling class who have no ethnic heritage, having, by their virtues transcended ethnic identity.
