I wonder how spaghetti, topped with taco filling, shredded cheddar cheese, and fresh salsa would be?
im a big fan pf fusion cuisine. taco bar at dim sum, green chili pho, collard greens and chimichurri steak, etc. noodles are very generic and mix well with many meat sauces.
The other night, I was hungry and grabbed some good leftovers from the fridge. Nice plump fettuccine, some mixed vegetables and some steak gravy (with Montreal seasoning)
