Let them finish their active cases only, then fire everyone, and retire their jerseys.
Create two new courts - in places like Utah, or Arizona.
Appoint all new judges.

Not true. Should the Supreme Court rule in Trump's favor, Trump can point to a pattern of impropriety from the 9th as to why he abolished it.
