I can read McCain like a cheap novel. The reason that McCain hates Trump so much is that, in his view, Trump has no business being president. He’s not a career politician, he hasn’t gone through the usual wickets to get into a public office, and he hasn’t done the time in the various halls of Washington (Sarah Palin has the same 3 strikes against her; I think the world of Sarah but she has the problem that she cares way too much what they think). McCain ran for president and got his butt handed to him. Then Trump, this politically-incorrect newcomer, walks through 16 of the Republican “best-and-brightest”, and walks right into office fresh as a daisy instead of like a beat-up old guy that went the distance with Marvelous Marv. For an institutionalized politcian, there’s nothing more galling than that. They’re as wacked as the DemonRats, that’s why We The People need to make these old farts hit the bricks. They put their arrogance on display every day and just have no idea.
If you split up the 9th circuit....why not have Arizona, Nevada, Idaho, Montana and Alaska within the new Circuit....basing it out of Tucson? Force McCain and Flake into the corner of not having the court establishment in their own state?

Wish we could clone him. Oh wait! He was cremated so fast, there wasn’t time for a viewing and memorial service, or even an autopsy.
(I may be mistaken about the memorial service. But things went down pretty fast.)
My father recently passed. And for many reasons, including travel, he was cremated. But I got to see him. And I put a double chocolate chip cookie his pajama pocket. :-) because he loves chocolate.
Then we brought his remains from WI back down to Chicago, had a service and Memorial dinner. Then we placed his urn in the space he bought years ago next to our mother, where she rests in the most expensive casket he could buy.
I’m just saying, it was odd. When President Reagan died, people lined up for hours to see him. I am sure that there are many people who would have loved to pay their respects to the late Justice.
What about repealing obamacare?
HE COULD ADD JUDGES to the Supreme Court just like FDR tried to do....and since he has the house and senate there is nothing stopping him. He could do the same to lower courts.

Trump can do it without an amendment.
First he needs to nuke the filibuster. Should have been done the 40 days ago. If the GOP doesn’t nuke the filibuster now asap it proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that the GOP is the enemy.
