Senate GOP Introduces Bill To Break Up The ‘LIBERAL’ Ninth Circuit Court
The Gateway Pundit ^ | February 9, 2017 | Jim Hoft

Republicans are now pushing to break up the liberal ninth circuit court which is the most reversed court in the country. Republican Senators Jeff Flake and John McCain have introduced legislation to “carve six states out of the San Francisco-based court circuit and create a brand new 12th Circuit,” according to Fox News.

The argument that they make is that the court is too big, too liberal and too slow in resolving cases.

Better yet, simply dissolve it.

Let things go on for a couple of years shifting the load to another circuit court.

In several years determine that the load is too much, and reinstate the 9th circuit court.

Appoint new judges. Problem fully fixed.

This is complete necessary. Hope Flake and McCain stick to it and it is done. I wish McCain would drop the attacks on President Trump and join in saving America. We are in a whole lot of trouble because the communists Democrats are destroying our Constitution.

Good! Get the House and Senate versions reconciled, voted on and sent over to President Trump by Monday for his signature.

That will send a message.

Then send an even bigger message by having someone like Ted Cruz introduce legislation to expand SCOTUS members from 9 to 13 allowing President Trump to choose 4 more Scalias to pack the court with enough conservatives to cause a century of lasting conservative effects.

This might be McCain’s only chance for redemption. He should not screw it up.

ELIMINATE THEM>
Just get rid of them.

The president can do it himself. Thomas Jefferson eliminated many circuit courts.

Perhaps (like Obama), shunt the "refugees" into the communities these judges live in. And let all the neighbors know that the judges were key in the decision on where to settle the "refugees".
Alternative: when the first mass casuality occurs due to one of these "refugees", try the judges for treason, with the requisite penalties.
The fun and games are over IMHO.

ask any attorney and you’ll find out that this has needed to be done for MANY years....
and not only because the court is so politicized that it has lost all respect....

but also because it just covers, supposedly serves, SUCH A HUGE part of America..... yet we have 12 courts....it makes getting justice extremely difficult for so many Americans ... that their federal district court is so far away from them...

split the court. long overdue. appoint reasonable judges who respect our constitutionally-recognized liberties....

the result would be much more accessiblity to federal district court for millions of Americans ... and the resulting two courts would likely dispense far far better justice, too

The judges are guilty of judicial overreach and violated the US Constitution, for which they took an oath. Congress can impeach them. The partisan hack-judge in Seattle for sure should be impeached!

AND YET, the same people that complain they live in food deserts, who complain about having to go to a polling place to vote, will be against this. Hypocrisy will run (more)rampant . Maybe they should just change the name of their party from Democrat to Hypocrite.

Given the way they usually rule I don’t consider “too slow to resolve cases” a negative.

Don’t be fooled. McCain & Flake actually want to protect/preserve the 9th Circuit Court as it exists now. Their proposal will never go anywhere in the Senate & certainly would not get 60 votes for closure - and they know it.

The 9th Circuit Court needs to be organizationally obliterated but through legislation originating in the House of Representatives under “reconciliation” not subject to the 60 vote closure requirement.

hypocritical yes indeed
but corrupt even more so

I believe that a major reason DJT won was because HilLIARy was so obviously corrupted by the millions and millions of dollars she kept begging, shaking people down for...especially all the money from SorozNazi associates and IslamONazi Moslem sheiks or princes or dictators in the middle east, etc

including her ‘foundation’ that reportedly only spent 4 percent to help anyone other than HilLIARy

DJT, on the other hand, doesn’t need anyone’s money.
HE IS SO RICH that ... NORMALLY many Americans would have felt no connection with him... and vote D. Many folks would have felt that such a rich guy could not possibly understand their needs...... BUT in THIS election, DJT’s wealth meant that he wouldn’t sell out America to IslamONazi oil skieks (or to SoreOz)
