The problem isn’t the size of the circuit, it’s the pieces of human excrement sitting as “judges” in that circuit.
The 4 fake judges need to be impeached and removed.

The 9th gets 90% of its appealed decisions reversed by the Supreme Court.
The judges on the 9th believe that the courts are the Alt.Legislature of the United States.
It’s not what he has in mind . Both McCain and Graham have struck tones in the last few days that sound very reasonable . Their tone changed right after the report came out that they took Soros blood money . They are not to be trusted at all ... they are devious, treacherous , traitorous, and will stop at nothing to ultimately provoke a war with Russia at the behest of the Soros/Kristol/Levin/Beck Neo-Con axis ... they must be exposed and stopped
If I read it correctly, somewhere, the 9th Circuit has vacancies on it that will be filled by Trump. Be great if they could put 4 that lean Right, break it up and gerrymander the others to different courts, turning it to the Right.

Trump was elected to lead, not to lick boots. He has to confront this threat from the unelected judges, or he will need court permission for everything he does.
Nor is it about him personally, it's a naked power grab by the left. The victim is America.
GET RID of every liberal court out there damnit. The Constition give the right to the Government to Establish a Supreme Court and other Courts. Establish a Super Supreme Court if we have to.
These judges want to have a job? Because we will render them useless.
OTOH, TRUMP is playing defense when he should be playing OFFENSE DAMNIT. JUST IGNORE THE RULING AND MAKE THEM TAKE IT TO THE SUPREME COURT. WHAT IS TRUMP AFRAID OF? HE CAN’T BE IMPEACHED AND REMOVED...THAT’D TAKE 2/3 OF THE SENATE....just keep reissuing the order with slight variations again and again. We can issue them quicker than a court can stop them and a lot cheaper.

Once again GP is being misleading. This bill is from last month, and another like it was introduced last year. It has nothing to due with yesterday’s ruling, directly.

That would be interesting indeed. I can see SCOTUS overturning it stating only Congress has the power to shutter a court, then they grease the way for Congress to close the 9th circuit and there would be nothing the libs could do about it.

Lawyers already see dollar signs. Any Muslim denied a Visa will allege religious discrimination and the courts will be swamped. The courts will say that Visa requirements disproportionately affect “persons of colour” and “religious minorities” and will strike down the Visa requirements in their entirety. This is the opening salvo in an undeclared war by the judicial branch against the Executive and Legislative branches.
