Breaking: Ted Cruz makes outrageous statement on voterless election win in Wyoming

Ted Cruz on Wyoming win: "This is how elections are won in America."

Once again, voters are not represented in the process. Instead, "votes" for the nominee are gained by backroom politics. Another corrupt process by the GOP establishment.

From Fox News:

Ted Cruz on Saturday won all 14 delegates in the Wyoming GOP convention -- a relatively small number but enough for the Texas senator to declare victory and keep GOP presidential front-runner Donald Trump from securing the nomination.

“We are likely to have a battle in Cleveland to decide who is the nominee,” Cruz told party members before they picked the delegates. “If you don’t want to see Donald Trump as the nominee, … then I ask you to please vote for the men and women on this slate.”

The Wyoming process mirrored that of Colorado, which was engulfed by political controversy after hosting a similar convention last week.

why d you keep posting that crap?

I have just told you that here I FL the people voted on who they wanted , where as the establishment in some states have denied the voters their right to vote on who they want.
4 states for cruz where people actually voted for who they want and you ignore it all the time and keep posting that crap.

He didn’t get all sanctimonious about it like Cruz has about his triumphs.

There’s compromisin’ on the way to the horizon, and then there’s bragging about it in rhinestones.

NV is not the same as has been said on here.
I;m nit sure if there are a handful of names on here being used by one person as the same crap is being spouted nearly word for word and which reminds me of hearing Rove last week say the same thing nearly word for word.

NV is where the voters went and voted for the guy who they wanted, they did not vote for delegates.

Caucuses are no different than open voting in Union elections. Intimidation and bully will run rampant. Look at the matching line experiment to see how easily anyone can call to group pressure even when the evidence clearly shows the minority is right.

I’d be amused to see an offer of this kind made, which would reduce Cruz to an even smaller stature. Sure, throw Trump into his populist briar patch.

He’s right. This is how elections are won in America. Each state has its own rules for selecting delegates. Based on those rules, Cruz crafted a strategy and Trump was a no show. Trump had no problem with the same rules in Hawaii...because he won.

so in a general when most voters vote for trump in a general that is tyranny and all the electoral count form FL should not go to Trump, but some for Clinton, because that is what you are saying.
Or do you say that the primary is different and that the party establishment can make their own rules up for each states to benefit them and deny the voter their right to vote?

Somebody needs to watch Red State....it’s a corrupt bought off nevertrump site

Feel free to make your own blog
No problem, post at will, I was actually digging at RedState a little, calling it a blog. I have no intention of starting ConservativeTreeHouse Watch.com any time soon. Personally, I find RedSate to be a mixed bag, but I am a Cruz supporter. AT least they aren't outright vanities.

you can preach what ever you want, but the fact is tat millions of voters are seeing what is going on and regardless of what is said on here the word is that cruz is a spoiler and bribing delegates.

The same voters which cruz thinks he would get and won’t here in FL which a must win.

are you happy that the establishment makes the rules to deny the voter their right to vote?

We have a republican form of government do we not? You know where the people elect their representatives. Colorado and Wy do the same thing. They elect delegates to represent the precinct at the state convention.

How is this disgusting?

Is he flaunting how good his spiritual midas touch will be?

He should be ready to eat his words. Executives like Trump are better at identifying what matters, than theoreticians like Cruz.

The people in Wyoming, CO, etc. are in charge of their state’s delegate selection, party activities etc. Most people don’t make the effort but they do have a voice or a vote, if they choose to stay on top of it before the train leaves the station.

It’s just easier to get on here afterward and bray that they wuz robbed or cheated than it is to do the hard boring work in the trenches.

He only complains when he loses. I didn't hear Trump complain about Nevada. Same system. Different result.

Nevada was a caucus that closely resembled a primary, hence Cruz lost.
