The Republican Party is getting a political blood transfusion. For Democrats, this may not be good news.
Colorado's GOP transformation progressed Saturday with the convention election of El Paso County Commissioner Darryl Glenn to run in the Republican primary of the United States Senate. He won with 2,664 votes. Tim Neville, the presumed front-runner going in, garnered only 696 votes.

Amazing start for CHI baseball.
That doesn’t sound like such a bad nightmare. I once dreamed (back in 04 I guess) that I met John Kerry and I congratulated him on winning the democratic nomination. He wasn’t very gracious. He wasn’t as tall as is in real life either.
Keyser won his appeal, is on the ballot. 2 other candidates including Ryan Frasier have been tossed off, I believe a judge has given them more time to get signatures.
I’d say the nomination is between Glenn and Keyser.

You can listen to the relevant parts of the show if you want all the details; but the gist is that:
It is the job of the Secretary of State to reject any signature if the red tape and technicalities surrounding it is less than 100.00% perfect.
It is the job of the court (which is where things are now) to accept any signature if the red tape and technicalities surrounding it are reasonably perfect and the voter's intent is clear.
Frazier and Blaha believe they each have plenty of signatures that are valid by the court's standard of perfection.
Frazier also mentioned that his lawyer is Scott Gessler (previous Secretary of State), who is supposed to be very good at this stuff.

Blaha back on the ballot.
Fraizer...maybe back on the ballot?
I forgot about about Vargas.
Lamborn beat her by 2-1 in the primary. I hope she tries for office again, maybe state leg.
