It is the job of the Secretary of State to reject any signature if the red tape and technicalities surrounding it is less than 100.00% perfect.
It is the job of the court (which is where things are now) to accept any signature if the red tape and technicalities surrounding it are reasonably perfect and the voter's intent is clear.
Frazier and Blaha believe they each have plenty of signatures that are valid by the court's standard of perfection.
Frazier also mentioned that his lawyer is Scott Gessler (previous Secretary of State), who is supposed to be very good at this stuff.
