Keyser won his appeal, is on the ballot. 2 other candidates including Ryan Frasier have been tossed off, I believe a judge has given them more time to get signatures.

I’d say the nomination is between Glenn and Keyser.

You can listen to the relevant parts of the show if you want all the details; but the gist is that:

• It is the job of the Secretary of State to reject any signature if the red tape and technicalities surrounding it is less than 100.00% perfect.

• It is the job of the court (which is where things are now) to accept any signature if the red tape and technicalities surrounding it are reasonably perfect and the voter's intent is clear.

• Frazier and Blaha believe they each have plenty of signatures that are valid by the court's standard of perfection.

Frazier also mentioned that his lawyer is Scott Gessler (previous Secretary of State), who is supposed to be very good at this stuff.
