Ted Cruz Outlines Bold 10-Point Plan Republicans Should Focus on for 2016

Senator Ted Cruz spoke at Heritage Action’s 2015 Conservative Policy Summit on Monday and announced a ten point plan he believes the nation, led by a Republican Congress, should focus on for 2016.

The 2016 potential presidential candidate, a staunch defender of the U.S. Constitution, outlined his plan, which focused on restoring a growing job market, increasing individual liberty, and enhancing national security (WATCH FULL SPEECH BELOW).

Cruz said that the GOP has an “incredible opportunity” to lead and that the historic 2014 midterm election results weren’t because voters suddenly loved Republicans, but that they were “roundly repudiating the path we’re on.”

Cruz lambasted the notion from the GOP establishment that the fight must always take place at some later date.

“If you get elected promising to do nothing — when you’re in office, you’ll do nothing,” Cruz said, critical of the squishy middle who are afraid to take a stance or fight for tough issues.

Cruz also said that Republicans must keep their campaign promises or risk getting “walloped” in future elections, and deservedly so:

“If we simply settle into business as usual in this town and keep growing and growing and growing the leviathan and keep shrinking and shrinking and shrinking that sphere of individual liberty, we will demoralize the millions of men and women who came out in November and gave Republicans the biggest majority in the house since the 1920s. Not only will we not win elections, we’ll get walloped, and we’ll deserve to get walloped.”

Below are Senator Cruz’s ten policy principles he believes the Republican led Congress should pursue in 2016:

“If each and every senator in January answers questions the exact same way we would have answered questions in October before the election, that will have a transformational effect,” Cruz continued. “In my view, Republicans should take this opportunity to lead with a big, bold agenda that focuses on jobs, on liberty and on security.”

“The single most important tax reform? We should abolish the IRS,” Cruz urged.

Cruz tweeted out his ten point plan on Twitter on Monday, using the hashtag #Opp4All.

"If we must have an enemy at the head of Government, let it be one whom we can oppose, and for whom we are not responsible, who will not involve our party in the disgrace of his foolish and bad measures." - Alexander Hamilton

"We don't intend to turn the Republican Party over to the traitors in the battle just ended. We will have no more of those candidates who are pledged to the same goals as our opposition and who seek our support. Turning the Party over to the so-called moderates wouldn’t make any sense at all." -- President Ronald Reagan

"A thing moderately good is not so good as it ought to be. Moderation in temper is always a virtue; but moderation in principle is always a vice." - Thomas Paine 1792

"It does not take a majority to prevail, but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men." - Samuel Adams

"If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen." - Samuel Adams

"Hold government accountable"

That should be understood as including "indictment, trial, conviction, and sentencing of Traitorobama and his regime for giving aid and comfort to the enemy."

Add to that Department of Education, Energy, Agriculture. And BLM.

Every unanswered, unpunished felony and high crime committed by Obola and his ministers are interpreted for what they are, huge green lights for further assaults on our freedom.

The petty meth dealer who damages some lives around him does hard time, while those who rip our republic apart retire in sumptuous luxury and admiration.

There is little time.

Cruz is the best prospective candidate out there, but even he isn’t honest about illegal immigration—stop only “illegal (that is executive) amnesty”?

Those other agencies can actually be abolished. Since we need to fund the federal government, we need an IRS. (Though sure, taxes should be cut and simplified.)

...we need an IRS.

If we institute a flat tax or preferably a version of the FairTax, IRS at about 5% of its current employment would be appropriate.

Believe me, anything that could cut the size of the IRS in half would make me happy.

Abolition just ain’t possible.

Go Cruz !!!!!

Noticeably absent from his ten point plan;

1. End the “War on Women”

2. Stronger regulations to fight “Climate Change”

3. End the institutional and soft “Racism”

4. Fight for “equality for the LGBT**” community

5. Tax the Rich

6. Feed the Poor

and on and on and on, until you puke.

Civ - have you seen this one?

“First he comes for the banks and health care, uses the IRS to go after critics, politicizes the Justice Department, spies on journalists, tries to curb religious freedom, slashes the military, throws open the borders, doubles the debt and nationalizes the Internet.

He lies to the public, ignores the Constitution, inflames race relations and urges Latinos to punish Republican “enemies.” He abandons our allies, appeases tyrants, coddles adversaries and uses the Crusades as an excuse for inaction as Islamist terrorists slaughter their way across the Mideast.

Now he’s coming for Israel...”

I agree.

The IRS persecution of conservatives, and their coddling of leftists and jihadists needs to be job one for special committees in congress and a special prosecutor once we have a real president again. Zero and his lackeys at the IRS need to be hounded with investigations and prosecutions until they are in prison or until they die, or better yet until they die in prison.

We need tax cuts (permanent) and tax reform (permanent), and not Grover the jihadist’s BS either.
