Maybe so. But I know the area well. It’s zoned agricultural for the most part, or five acre parcels, that sort of thing. I 80 is essentially the only arterial in the area, and runs east west to the south of the area. 80 is a massive freeway yet it jammed a lot do the time. We’ll see, maybe the Solano County Board of Supervisors will rezone, but I dare say the local residents are going to have something to say about this

People on drugs will hold signs at the Intersection begging for money. All the non-English immigrants in N California will be interested.
They are going to market Utopia but the state policies will ensure chaos and crime.
Murder Mountain (Marijuana farms) are not far and that county had the highest Murder rates and dropout rates per capita.
