Maybe so. But I know the area well. It’s zoned agricultural for the most part, or five acre parcels, that sort of thing. I 80 is essentially the only arterial in the area, and runs east west to the south of the area. 80 is a massive freeway yet it jammed a lot do the time. We’ll see, maybe the Solano County Board of Supervisors will rezone, but I dare say the local residents are going to have something to say about this
