Every time I hear about a utopia, I have visions of Jim Jones or the town of Terminus from the “Walking Dead”.
Are they planning for business and industry for employment or is this a plan for a city composed of citizens living on Guaranteed Basic Income? I am sure it will include total surveillance and a Social Credit local system. Utopia b[y its very nature must be stifling and mind numbing.
