that’s reasonable around CA.

I saw a strip that was .5 acres, next to an expressway and an self storage building sell for 1.1 mill a few years back.

I live in rural N Nevada high desert-—sand & sage & open land here is about $20,000 an acre-——

MORE if commercial zoned.
