Citing white criminality does not counter this point, nor does it offer solace to the victims of black criminality -- most of whom are black. Most black people know this and polling shows that they want more police enforcement, not less, and tend to want harder treatment of criminals, not easier.
What I have posted is simply the truth about the behavior of many possibly the majority of negroes. But there are truths that cannot be spoken and the descent into depravity of much of negro America is one of those truths. Just like the people who are always posting before elections about the ‘shift to the right’ among blacks and Latinos. Such attitudes are ostrich like and you refuse to believe that there are lots of POC’s who would like to commit genocide on whitey.
IMHO, there is a LARGE difference between citing statistical facts and calling black people "apes" and "animals." You may disagree with me and agree with the other poster, but that's between you and the mirror.

I don't make rude comments to women...whether I know them or not. But in a case like that I would have given a phony name and address to the cop.

If the police can’t verify your identity they will bring you back to the station in order to do so. Lying to cops/handing them a fake ID ain’t the best idea. This guy just got a fine for what he did. If he lied to them about his identity, that’s an actual criminal charge.

Although it's stupid to do so I routinely jaywalk which,of course,is a "violation" which might include a $25 fine. If I was ever stopped for jaywalking I just might lie to the cop.

Fining someone for catcalling is a slippery slope. Is the catcaller stationary or is he following his target? Is the speech legally threatening or just comments about her physical appearance? Is he actually propositioning her for sex (as the original law states)?
Being rude isn't against the law in the US. It is increasingly illegal in Europe. I'm not a fan of these laws as they as currently being enforced.
